When you are ready for your lunch or snack, world-class cuisine is available on site - you won't even have to venture out from the resort to savor some delicious food and drinks.

The oceanfront condo has a fabulous list of onsite water attractions that are sure to cool you down. Appreciate your time at the pools, tanning lawn, and hot tubs. Spend your evenings by the oceanfront fire pit or watch striking sunsets from your balcony.

• NO SMOKING in unit/home as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/home and/or linens.
• NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking tons.
• Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House events and illegal substances are stringently prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
