11th floor Oceanfront condo says it all right? No - not all oceanfront condos are created equal. Our condo features a master bedroom with a King bed and an oceanfront view with its own sliding glass door leading to the front balcony so you can see the sunrise and the ocean right from the comfort of your bed.

You can also access the front balcony from the living room while gazing at the ocean and beach from the comfort of the living room, as well from the kitchen. The living room has been newly refreshed with a 77" OLED 4K UHD Intelligent webOS TV, fireplace, luxury vinyl floor. The kitchen has also been updated with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove and microwave oven.

Our condo is more like a home than your average beach hotel / condo. Guest(s) in the second bedroom also have a sliding door to a private balcony overseeing the pool, beach, ocean and sunrise. If that doesn't separate this home from the pack how about a washer and dryer in the unit, a secure parking garage attached to the building, so you never have to get wet in the rain. This might be better than being home! Check out our marvelous vistas, savor all the conveniences of being home and most importantly book now while this is still available. Why not spend your next vacation in heaven!

How to find the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties.
  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
  • Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, travel guide magazines contain deals for local tours, shops, and attractions.

Finding the best rental in the Myrtle Beach area:

  • Choose your vacation dates and spending budget.
  • Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your group needs. HS-1101 - Snowbird specials are now available! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is commonly available on booking pages. If they are not listed, email the property manager before booking the rental. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches. You will need to work out what is optimal for your group.
  • Are you visiting for a single event? Use a map search to find nearby properties.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
  • Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Pet fees or charges might be applied to your contract.

During your stay:

  • Get the host's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental.
  • To make sure no damages are linked to your stay, inspect the rental for any problem areas during arrival. message the property manager right away to report any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Property managers are available to help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let crooks spoil your holiday.
  • Upon check-out, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
