FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property:
Q: 'Are there any hidden costs?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q:Do you provide beach supplies?
A: We do not have facilities for these items. However, we are happy to make suggestions for places to rent these items if you ask us. (In Myrtle Beach, you can actually rent beach chairs and umbrellas right on the beach from the lifeguard stations.)
Q: 'Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an additional cost?'
A: NO - We don't like having to take bath towels and linens with us on vacation; and we really don't like deceptive pricing that requires us to rent things we NEED for sleeping for an added cost. So, we don't expect our guests to like those things either. BATH TOWELS AND LINENS ARE PROVIDED, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
Q: 'Is parking supplied?'
A: YES - Parking is complimentary for TWO car. You will receive TWO parking passes per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don't write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: MAYBE - Pool arm bands are only required during peak season (May to September). During this time, you will receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be supplied with enough.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat our property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher before you leave. We don't expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but please be courteous by not leave a lot of trash or a humongous mess for the cleaners. Remember that they often have a very modest amount of time to clean before the next guests arrive.
Q: 'Do you allow family pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Animals are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept modest dogs. Contact us for more details.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry - Smoking is stringently forbidden in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will hold your entire security deposit to cover the cost.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty modest appliance you enjoy, please feel complimentary to bring it along.

Guests have access to all of the standard water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs that are located inside, next to, and behind the oceanfront building), but not the waterpark between the building and Ocean Blvd. and not the fun zone areas. Bother of these facilities are operated by the on-site hotel management, and their guests are charged a resort fee. We are also unable to buy into any access to these places.

How to get the best rental experience:
Getting the best value:
- June, July, and August are high season in Myrtle Beach. Book your Myrtle Beach rental property in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
- Property management companies typically offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
- Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which will include special deals, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Narrow your Search:
- Select a group lead, select your vacation dates, and choose a spending budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your family needs. Lovely Beach View 3BR*King*Pool*FREE Tickets*P143 has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts is usually accessible on booking pages. If not, contact the property manager before booking your rental. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to determine what bed configuration is suitable for your group.
- Are you visiting for a specific attraction? Try a map search to find nearby rentals.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
- If your family is traveling with pets, search for a pet-friendly rental. Ask for details on breed, size, and type restrictions. Note that some property owners charge additional pet fees.
During your stay:
- Put the owner's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- To make certain that damages aren't linked to your visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas during arrival. Speak to the property manager immediately to record any damages. If there is a dispute, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful visitors disrupting your life at home. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and places you would've not otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Protect your property!
- Re-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
- Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to propel more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
