Past guests really adore the space, and we savor the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
Sea Mist also offers many indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite eateries, humongous arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to appreciate before relaxing in this handsome unit.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!

Booking the best Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
Get the most from your rental home budget:
- Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer is high season in Myrtle Beach. Reserve your rental in Fall or Spring months to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Booking websites often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitors guides have coupons for nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.
Finding the perfect vacation rental in the Myrtle Beach area:
- To start, have your family decide on dates and a maximum budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Updated Ocean Front Queen Suite- Sea Mist 20505 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is regularly available online. If not, call the host before booking your home. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to establish what is optimal for your vacation group.
- If your family is bringing pets, you will need a pet-friendly vacation rental. Ask for details on breed, size, and type restrictions. Be aware that some hosts charge pet deposits and fees.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach destination you simply love, browse properties that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your desires.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
During your stay:
- Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home.
- Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would back home.
- Document any damages to the property at check in, and immediately send them to the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Did you have a excellent time? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
