Spend your days on one of the vibrant fairways, get your shopping on at Coastal Grandiose Mall, or experiencing the many attractions along the pretty shorelines!

The Space:
BED & BATH

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV with cable access, sliding glass doors that open to the private balcony and its own en-suite bathroom with a sink vanity.

The 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen size bed, bedside table, dresser, flat screen TV with cable access. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Full beds, dresser, two nightstands, flat screen TV with cable access. There are ceiling fans in all three bedrooms.

LIVING AREA

The living room has a couch, adore seat, coffee table, two end tables, entertainment center with a flat screen TV with cable access and sliding glass doors that open up to the private patio. The living room is open to the dining area. We also have a FULL SIZE stackable Washer & Dryer in the unit for your convenience. This unit has plenty of storage with a hidden nook where you can store your golf clubs, beach chairs, & other household items.


KITCHEN & DINING

Our entirely-equipped kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create delicious meals. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space with a breakfast bar & opens up to the dining and living area with tons of light. It makes it painless to savor being near the beach without having to leave for dinner.

When it's time to dine, appreciate our new dining table and added breakfast bar with seating that will accommodate up to 8 guests. It is the ideal place to let the anxiety drift far away. Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great eateries in a very short time.

PATIO

Sip and relax with your morning coffee or end the day with your favorite evening drink on your private balcony. It overlooks the former 9th hole T box with a lake view with gorgeous Magnolia's trees & lush landscaping and is directly across from the pool, complete with seating.


LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES PROVIDED:

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & rag set as well as STARTER shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soaps, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels.

If the home/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control this dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.

- NO Smoking: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING allowed inside the home of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc.

- NO Animals: ABSOLUTELY NO FAMILY PETS are allowed in the home this is an HOA regulation and is stringently enforced.

- Events/Extensive groups: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!! No more than 8 guests are to occupy the unit each nighttime. Enormous events or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

PARKING:

- You are allowed two parking spaces for this condo.

- This Resort PROHIBITS family pets/motorbikes/RVs/campers/trailers. Please comply! There are hefty fines and you may be asked to leave.

**YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home----NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned home and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.

Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!


Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this apartment is on a river.
