Check out this 18th floor, 3 bedroom impressive direct ocean view condo at the exceptional Renaissance Tower in the private community of Myrtle Beach Resort! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is entirely furnished with 1 Queen size bed, 2 Full size beds, and 2 Twin size beds for your events comfort! The space will comfortably sleep up to 8 guests with plenty of activities for all.
Upgrade tile floors flow throughout the condo in this corner unit. The living area comes equipped with a recliner, adore seat, and additional comfortable couch to appreciate. The TV offers all the necessities such as Cable, Netflix, Hulu, Discovery+, HBO Max, amongst an assortment of streaming services available! It's there for you, but our guests tend to hang out on the balcony and watch the waves for hours instead!
The kitchen is ideal for those who like to dine in or make a fast mean. Granite countertops for great cooking space. The kitchen also brings enough storage cabinets for anyone to come and savor. We provide all basic cookware, dishes and silverware, silverware, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a multitude of meals for your family. Guest Access:
Upon the morning of your arrival, you will receive the condo unit number and door access code! The condo unit and balcony are entirely yours to relax and enjoy! Also, you will have unrestricted access to all of the many onsite resort amenities!
Inside the condo you will find a parking pass which must be hung from the rear view mirror of your car at all times while parked on property to prove you are a guest!
Secured parking available for both cars and trucks, and SUV's. Unfortunately, trailers are NOT allowed but I have recommendations for trailer storage!

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car. There is public transportation always available as well but to comfortably move throughout the city we recommend using Uber or Lyft as they are reliable and well priced!

1)I DO NOT charge credit card costs. The Payment system charges hosts 3% every booking. Most hosts forward that cost to their guests, I do not and pay that charge myself
2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous admin or booking costs like most on these sites, I prefer to be upfront and honest about my costs prior to clicking BOOK NOW!
3) The cleaning costs are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space ideal for you and the next guest!
The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different costs, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!
