BEST LAYOUT IN ALL OF MYRTLE BEACH. THIS IS A ONE OF A KIND UNIT. .THERE IS ONLY ONE PER FLOORING AND THIS UNIT IS THE HIGHEST UP WHICH GIVES IT A UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW OF THE OCEAN. ALSO THIS UNIT IS VERY PRIVATE BEING AN END UNIT IT SITS BY ITSELF IN THE WHOLE SOUTH BLOCK OF THE BUILDING SO YOU HAVE NO DIRECT NEIGHBORS..WHAT MAKES THIS UNIT UNIQUE IS THE WRAP AROUND 200 SQ FOOT BALCONY THAT IS HUGGGEEEE. THE WHOLE LIVING ROOM IS FLOORING TO CEILING GLASS THAT WRAPS AROUND AND YOU CAN ENOUGH ACCESS THE BALCONY FROM THE BEDROOM AND THE LIVING ROOM WHICH MAKES IT VERY UNIQUE FOR A ONE BEDROOM. THIS CONDO IS MADE LIKE AN ACTUAL CONDO NOT LIKE A HOTEL ROOM AS YOU WALK INTO A FOYER INSTEAD OF THE BEDROOM. THIS UNIT BOASTS ALMOST 1000 SQ FT COMBINING THE INSIDE AND THE LARGE BALCONY. THE BEDROOM IS OVER SIZED AND 2 PLUSH QUEEN SIZE BEDS, LARGE WINDOW LOOKING OVER THE CITY, AND A LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV. THE LIVING ROOM IS EQUIPPED WITH A SLEEPER SOFA, PULL DOWN MURPHY BED, 60" TV/ XBOX ONE WITH GAMES(SLEEPS 8) CUSTOM FLOORING THROUGHOUT, FULL KITCHEN WITH BACKSPLASH, HIGH TOP SITTING ADIRONDACK PATIO FURNITURE TO LOOK OVER INTO THE OCEAN. THE FLOORING TO CEILING GLASS THAT WRAPS AROUND THE WHOLE LIVING ROOM MAKES IT EASY TO SEE DOLPHINS FROM JUST SITTING IN THE LIVING ROOM. THIS IS TRULY A ONE OF A KIND UNIT AND ONE OF MY FAVORITE LAYOUTS IN ALL OF MYRTLE BEACH.
Animals are allowed upon my approval. at certain times There will be a daily pet fee.(non aggressive)
2 queen beds, pull out murphy bed, and sleeper couch so sleeps 8( linens wise it sleeps 8 however I do not recommend this many as it's just a 1br unless a good portion are modest kids... 4 to 6 comfortably)

this excellent unit is located in the MOST REQUESTED Pinnacle Oceanfront Tower located within Compass cove resort. The Pinnacle tower is a part located at Compass cove with over 750 ft of ocean frontage.
The number one resort in Myrtle beach. With over 23 pools and water features this resort is top rated family resort in area. Has 2 different indoor water park areas, Several hot tubs,3 different lazy rivers, 2 being indoor. a HUGE kids water park, , .. This resort has the biggest pool deck in myrtle beach stretching across 750 ft of beach access. Once you visit this outstanding resort you will never want to visit another resort when visiting Myrtle Beach..
WAYS TO SAVE WITH ME
1)I DO NOT charge credit card costs like most on here – The Payment system charges us 3% every booking. Most owners direct that back to guest but I eat that myself
2) I DO NOT charge any silly administration or booking costs like most on here – Sneaky way of owners charging guest more money… I do not operate like that.
3)I DO NOT charge any silly damage waiver costs like most on here – Once again a sneaky way for owners to get more money…I don’t do that.
4) I have had the same linen/cleaning fee since the beginning of time for my guest…a SIMPLE 99 dollars. My actual cost for this service has rose over the past few years due to the demand and economy rising but yet I kept the same price for my guests as it cost me much more. On top of that I offer more towels then most units so once again I eat that difference in cost.
5) I have the minimum set up for returnable damage deposit at only $100 dollars which is refunded within 7 days of checkout. I have seen a lot of owners have it from $300-$500 and even more. Who wants to fork out that much money just to be held until check out, not me and of course I wouldn’t ask you to do that either.
Long story is short is no one wants to go to book a unit and see like 10 different random charges so I try to keep it simple as can be. (Vacation Rental By Owner charges service fee which I have no control over)

3).Parking Passes are supplied. Approx 8-10 towel sets, Linens for all beds(beds are entirely made also). As we all know , vrbo units(private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 8-10 towels sets instead of most units on here as most only offer 2-4 towel sets
4) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No home events.
