AS FOR MONTEREY BAY. AS SOON AS YOU WALK ONSITE YOU WILL NOTICE THE LOVELY CARIBBEAN THEME IT HAS GOING ON WITH THE REGGAE MUSIC AND ALL THE COLORS .. IT IS ON THE QUIETER END OF THE BEACH, FIRST HIGH RISE BESIDE A RESIDENTIAL AREA SO THE BEACH IS NOT CRAZY AND CROWDED LIKE SOME AREAS.. THERE IS ONLY LESS THAN 200 UNITS HERE UNLIKE OTHER RESORTS THAT RANGE FROM 400-700.. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING THAT THE OVERCROWDED RESORTS HAVE LIKE AN INDOOR WATER PARK THAT INCLUDES A POOL, LAZY RIVER WITH FLOATS, KIDS POOL, AND HOT TUB. MY FAVORITE THING ABOUT THE RESORT IS THE ROOFTOP POOL AND HOT TUB, THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT IN AREA.. THE OUTSIDE INCLUDES BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING, 2 HUGE DECKS WALKING ON TO BEACH, LARGE HEATED OUTDOOR POOL WITH LAY OUT AREA, HOT TUB, BEAN BAG TOSS, KIDS PLAY AREA, PING PONG TABLES AND MORE(BREAKFAST NOT PROVIDED)

How to get the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
When to book & When to go:
- The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
- Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. Reserve your Myrtle Beach vacation in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
- Some property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
- Many management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which will include special offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Planning and choosing the perfectrental:
- Begin by choosing trip dates and a max budget.
- Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your group requires. WOW TOP FLOOR\/ SUPER LARGE 2 BALCONIES\/ CORNER CONDO\/KING\/BEST VIEW IN TOWN! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is often accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, email the property manager before you reserve the vacation property. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches.
- Some properties allow pets, but others do not. Acceptable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the host about pet restrictions before booking.
- Does your family require special amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
More considerations:
- Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Add a note with the instructions to your phone, and take a printed backup.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, A/V setup or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent quite a few difficulties.
- Lock your rental home while you're out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
- To make certain no damages are linked to your family's stay, make note of any problem areas during arrival. Get in touch with the rental manager immediately to report any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers disrupting your peaceful home. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and attractions you would've not otherwise known about!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- At departure, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to propel future reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your feedback find their best vacation rental. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
