AS FOR MONTEREY BAY. AS SOON AS YOU WALK ONSITE YOU WILL NOTICE THE LOVELY CARIBBEAN THEME IT HAS GOING ON WITH THE REGGAE MUSIC AND ALL THE COLORS .. IT IS ON THE QUIETER END OF THE BEACH, FIRST HIGH RISE BESIDE A RESIDENTIAL AREA SO THE BEACH IS NOT CRAZY AND CROWDED LIKE SOME AREAS.. THERE IS ONLY LESS THAN 200 UNITS HERE UNLIKE OTHER RESORTS THAT RANGE FROM 400-700.. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING THAT THE OVERCROWDED RESORTS HAVE LIKE AN INDOOR WATER PARK THAT INCLUDES A POOL, LAZY RIVER WITH FLOATS, KIDS POOL, AND HOT TUB. MY FAVORITE THING ABOUT THE RESORT IS THE ROOFTOP POOL AND HOT TUB, THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT IN AREA.. THE OUTSIDE INCLUDES BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING, 2 HUGE DECKS WALKING ON TO BEACH, LARGE HEATED OUTDOOR POOL WITH LAY OUT AREA, HOT TUB, BEAN BAG TOSS, KIDS PLAY AREA, PING PONG TABLES AND MORE(BREAKFAST NOT PROVIDED)

Tips and Tricks to get the perfect vacation property experience:
How to get the best value:
- To find the largest vacation home within budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
- Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Property management companies typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach area magazine upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitors guides contain coupons for local tours and attractions.
How to choose and book the best Myrtle Beach rental home:
- Select a designated group leader, select your dates, and choose a maximum budget.
- Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. WOW TOP FLOOR\/ SUPER LARGE 2 BALCONIES\/ CORNER CONDO\/KING\/BEST VIEW IN TOWN! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach vacation rental search.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is almost always accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, call the property owner before reserving the vacation property. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in living rooms.
- Are you looking for special amenities? Most websites include amenity lists and search filters.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. .
- Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Pet fees or costs might be applied to your agreement.
Have a wonderful stay:
- Add the owner's information to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- At Check-in, document any issues with the property and immediately alert the host. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors disrupting your life at home. Use the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and places you would have not otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Keep your rental home locked while you are gone! Don't let crooks ruin your holiday.
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Leave feedback! Hosts rely on great feedback to inspire future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
