AS FOR MONTEREY BAY. AS SOON AS YOU WALK ONSITE YOU WILL NOTICE THE LOVELY CARIBBEAN THEME IT HAS GOING ON WITH THE REGGAE MUSIC AND ALL THE COLORS .. IT IS ON THE QUIETER END OF THE BEACH, FIRST HIGH RISE BESIDE A RESIDENTIAL AREA SO THE BEACH IS NOT CRAZY AND CROWDED LIKE SOME AREAS.. THERE IS ONLY LESS THAN 200 UNITS HERE UNLIKE OTHER RESORTS THAT RANGE FROM 400-700.. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING THAT THE OVERCROWDED RESORTS HAVE LIKE AN INDOOR WATER PARK THAT INCLUDES A POOL, LAZY RIVER WITH FLOATS, KIDS POOL, AND HOT TUB. MY FAVORITE THING ABOUT THE RESORT IS THE ROOFTOP POOL AND HOT TUB, THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT IN AREA.. THE OUTSIDE INCLUDES BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING, 2 HUGE DECKS WALKING ON TO BEACH, LARGE HEATED OUTDOOR POOL WITH LAY OUT AREA, HOT TUB, BEAN BAG TOSS, KIDS PLAY AREA, PING PONG TABLES AND MORE(BREAKFAST NOT PROVIDED)

Tips for getting the best rental experience:
Finding your perfect rental:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
- Summer time is high season in Myrtle Beach. Book your Myrtle Beach vacation in Fall or Spring to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Some hosts offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
- Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guides contain discounts for local attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.
How to pick the best vacation home in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Start by choosing a vacation week and a maximum budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group needs. WOW TOP FLOOR\/ SUPER LARGE 2 BALCONIES\/ CORNER CONDO\/KING\/BEST VIEW IN TOWN! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is commonly accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, contact the host before you reserve the property. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Some properties allow pets, and some do not. Allowable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the host about your furry family members before booking.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach attraction you love, keep an eye out for properties that are either close by, or those that cater to your desires.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking
More tips for your visit:
- Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the directions to your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent a lot of problems.
- Keep the property locked while you're gone! Don't let burglars ruin your trip.
- Record any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are beneficial if a dispute is filed.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be an excellent source for finding the best local attractions.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did you have a excellent time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
