Located at the Caravelle Resort in Myrtle Beach, this condo offers impressive oceanfront vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from the upsized private balcony! This balcony is unlike most as it is nearly triple the size of the standard balcony's most rooms have! Guests will appreciate the additional outdoor space this unit provides. The layout is ideal and is completely furnished with 1 new king sized bed and will comfortably accommodate a total of 2 guests!
As of Fall 2024 this condo has had some striking updates! We could not be more excited to share those with you. The unit has been painted with bright, coastal colors! A new bed and bed frame were installed, and all of the patio furnishings was replaced. This space is definitely gorgeous, and we guarantee you're going to appreciate it!
Upon entering the unit, guests will walk into the kitchen. The kitchen features a stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, mounted microwave, and cabinet space for storage. Guests can savor the luxury of having a entirely outfitted kitchen, making it convenient for cooking meals during their stay. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking silverware, and much more! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Caravelle Resort. Many eateries in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash.
To the right of the entrance is the full bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, mirror, hair dryer, and toilet!
Moving right along is the main living space. This space is by far the most calming part of the entire condo! Our guests have given high praise to the view and have even sent us beautiful photos of the sunsets! The main living space features 1 new king sized bed, a nighttime stand between the beds, accent chair, a dresser and closet for storage, sizable flatscreen TV, an adjustable AC unit, and access to the upsized, private, oceanfront balcony!
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee. Our guests adore being on the 5th floor and the view is second to none! Because the parking deck is attached to the building, guests can often find available parking spaces and effortlessly access the unit using 1 of the 4 elevators! There is a parking garage across the street for overflow parking if needed.
Located at The Caravelle Resort, this unit is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most adored attractions. The resort is located on the Northern end of Myrtle Beach, but still close enough to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. There are multiple eateries within walking distance of the resort, and central Myrtle Beach is about a 10-min. drive (with traffic). The Myrtle Beach International Airport is only a 15-min. drive from The Caravelle!
Caravelle Resort and Tower both have laundry facilities, and guests of both the Tower and Resort have access to all pools, kiddie pools, exercise center and arcade within both buildings. Our guests will now have access to the on-site restaurant and tiki bar by the pool!!
We are confident that you are going to adore this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest! Please keep in mind that this rental is privately owned and managed, and we have no affiliation with the resort staff, resort maintenance, or resort housekeeping. How to get the best rental home experience:
Money saving strategies:
- Booking in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Property managers often offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, travel guides have offers and deals for nearby accommodations, restaurants and tours.
How to choose the perfect vacation home in Myrtle Beach:
- Choose a group leader, select your vacation dates, and select a budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. WOW! Private Tropical Sundeck-Caravelle 515- NEW! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach vacation rental search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed types is commonly accessible on booking websites. If not, call the host before you book the vacation property. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to work out what is right for your vacation group.
- If there's a certain Myrtle Beach attraction you love, browse homes that are either nearby, or those that cater to your requirements.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental.
- If your group is traveling with pets, search for a rental that allows animals. Ask for information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Note that some hosts charge pet deposits and fees.
Additional considerations:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your smartphone.
- To make sure damages are not attributed to your family's stay, record any problem areas upon your arrival. Speak to the property manager right away to relay any issues. If there is a dispute, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, A/V setup or WIFI setup. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent quite a few difficulties.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a fantastic source for finding the best local beaches.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would back home.
- At departure, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your group have a excellent time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
