This balcony is unlike most as it is nearly triple the size of the standard balcony's most rooms have! Guests will appreciate the additional outdoor space this unit provides. The layout is ideal and is completely furnished with 1 new king sized bed and will comfortably accommodate a total of 2 guests!
As of Fall 2024 this condo has had some handsome updates! We could not be more excited to share those with you. The unit has been painted with bright, coastal colors! A new bed and bed frame were installed, and all of the patio furnishings was replaced. This space is definitely impressive, and we guarantee you're going to adore it!
Upon entering the unit, guests will walk into the kitchen. The kitchen features a stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, mounted microwave, and cabinet space for storage. Guests can savor the luxury of having a entirely outfitted kitchen, making it convenient for cooking meals during their stay. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking silverware, and much more! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Caravelle Resort. Many eateries in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash.
To the right of the entrance is the full bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, mirror, hair dryer, and toilet!
Moving right along is the main living space. This space is by far the most calming part of the entire condo! Our guests have given high praise to the view and have even sent us charming photos of the sunsets! The main living space features 1 new king sized bed, a nighttime stand between the beds, accent chair, a dresser and closet for storage, huge flatscreen TV, an adjustable AC unit, and access to the upsized, private, oceanfront balcony!
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee. Our guests appreciate being on the 5th floor and the view is second to none! Because the parking deck is attached to the building, guests can often find available parking spaces and conveniently access the unit using 1 of the 4 elevators! There is a parking garage across the street for overflow parking if needed.
Located at The Caravelle Resort, this unit is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most adored attractions. The resort is located on the Northern end of Myrtle Beach, but still close enough to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. There are multiple eateries within walking distance of the resort, and central Myrtle Beach is about a 10-min. drive (with traffic). The Myrtle Beach International Airport is only a 15-min. drive from The Caravelle!
Caravelle Resort and Tower both have laundry facilities, and guests of both the Tower and Resort have access to all pools, kiddie pools, exercise center and arcade within both buildings. Our guests will now have access to the on-site restaurant and tiki bar by the pool!!

Myrtle Beach rental property booking tips and tricks:
When to visit & When to book:
- Book your Myrtle Beach vacation home in the Spring or Fall to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
- Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Property managers usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
- Often, rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which often include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Planning and choosing a perfect Myrtle Beach vacation home:
- Start by selecting your potential vacation weeks and a max budget.
- Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your group needs. WOW! Private Tropical Sundeck-Caravelle 515- NEW! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is often available on booking websites. Otherwise, contact the host before booking your home. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to determine which bed configuration is best for your vacation family.
- Are you looking for specific amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
- Some rental properties allow pets, and others don't. Allowable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the property management company about pets before booking.
Advice for a fantastic stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the instructions to your phone.
- To make sure that no damages are linked to your visit, note any problem areas upon your arrival. E-mail the host immediately to relay any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be useful.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an incredible resource to find the best local beaches.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Lock your rental home while you're out. Keep your property safe!
- On check-out day, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on great feedback to drive more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
