Located at the Caravelle Resort in Myrtle Beach, this condo offers impressive oceanfront vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from the upsized private balcony! This balcony is unlike most as it is nearly triple the size of the standard balcony's most rooms have! Guests will appreciate the additional outdoor space this unit provides. The layout is ideal and is completely furnished with 1 new king sized bed and will comfortably accommodate a total of 2 guests!
As of Fall 2024 this condo has had some handsome updates! We could not be more excited to share those with you. The unit has been painted with bright, coastal colors! A new bed and bed frame were installed, and all of the patio furnishings was replaced. This space is definitely striking, and we guarantee you're going to adore it!
Upon entering the unit, guests will walk into the kitchen. The kitchen features a stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, mounted microwave, and cabinet space for storage. Guests can appreciate the luxury of having a entirely outfitted kitchen, making it convenient for cooking meals during their stay. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking silverware, and much more! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Caravelle Resort. Many eateries in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash.
To the right of the entrance is the full bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, mirror, hair dryer, and toilet!
Moving right along is the main living space. This space is by far the most calming part of the entire condo! Our guests have given high praise to the view and have even sent us pretty photos of the sunsets! The main living space features 1 new king sized bed, a nighttime stand between the beds, accent chair, a dresser and closet for storage, huge flatscreen TV, an adjustable AC unit, and access to the upsized, private, oceanfront balcony!
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee. Our guests adore being on the 5th floor and the view is second to none! Because the parking deck is attached to the building, guests can often find available parking spaces and comfortably access the unit using 1 of the 4 elevators! There is a parking garage across the street for overflow parking if needed.
Located at The Caravelle Resort, this unit is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most appreciated attractions. The resort is located on the Northern end of Myrtle Beach, but still close enough to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. There are multiple eateries within walking distance of the resort, and central Myrtle Beach is about a 10-min. drive (with traffic). The Myrtle Beach International Airport is only a 15-min. drive from The Caravelle!
Caravelle Resort and Tower both have laundry facilities, and guests of both the Tower and Resort have access to all pools, kiddie pools, exercise center and arcade within both buildings. Our guests will now have access to the on-site restaurant and tiki bar by the pool!!
We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest! Please keep in mind that this rental is privately owned and managed, and we have no affiliation with the resort staff, resort maintenance, or resort housekeeping. Strategies for getting the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
Money saving strategies:
- Summer months are the most expensive season in the Myrtle Beach area. Book your vacation home in Spring or Fall to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
- Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
- Property management companies often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines that include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or through a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Finding the best rental home in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Select a designated group leader, choose your trip dates, and select a budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. WOW! Private Tropical Sundeck-Caravelle 515- NEW! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is almost always available online. If not, call the host before you book the property. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches. You'll need to establish what bed configuration is best for your group.
- If there's a certain Myrtle Beach attraction you simply love, look for homes that are either near by, or those that cater to your desires.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. .
- Traveling with pets? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or might be applied to your agreement.
More considerations for your visit:
- Put the manager's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- At Check-in, make note of any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the owner. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Be respectful of your neighbors. Often, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Lock your rental property while you're away! Don't let thieves ruin your family vacation.
- Double-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
- Did your group have a fantastic time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
