Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests savor complimentary blockbuster units during their stay.

Booking the best vacation rental experience:
When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home & When to go:
- June, July, and August are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Some owners offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Many management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which include special offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Choosing the best vacation rental in Myrtle Beach:
- First and foremost, have your family commit to date ranges and a maximum budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. 11th-Floor, Oceanfront, Snowbird-Friendly Studio w\/WiFi, AC, Shared Pool\/Hot Tub has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is often available on booking pages. If not, email or call the property manager before reserving the vacation property. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to determine what configuration is best for your family.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach destination you are crazy about, browse homes that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- Some rentals allow pets, and others don't. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the owner about pet restrictions before booking.
Tips to have a wonderful stay:
- Store the manager's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Upon check-in, note any issues with the rental property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or WIFI setup. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent lots of difficulties.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors disrupting your life at home. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known about!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Keep the property locked while you're gone! Don't let thieves ruin your family vacation.
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your family have a fantastic stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
