Escape! Stunning 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo entirely equipped with EVERYTHING you need for a great extended stay. Full size appliances and washer/dryer in unit. A short 2 min walk to the beach! From the sizable balcony with seating for 4 and a table, you have a great view of the rides at Family Kingdom Amusement Park and can watch the fireworks on 4th of July and NYE! Outdoor pool, kiddie pool, indoor hot tub, gas grilles, picnic tables, basketball and tennis courts all on the gated property.
Great beach decor will have you in a coastal state of mind! Black out curtains in every room and a fireplace will keep you comfortable year round! 2 queen beds and 2 couches can sleep 6 comfortably. 55" TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Games, cards and DVDs in the storage of the fireplace. Basketball, tennis balls and racquets, frisbee, Velcro catch game and grille set to use stored in the in unit laundry room along with 2 beach chairs and a cart equipped with wheels made for the sand! Totally equipped kitchen for home cooked meals away from home. Storage containers for leftovers too! Just bring your clothes and toiletries and RELAX! Extra blankets are in the chests in the living room.
So close to many attractions. Just a short 2 block walk to the beach! Family Kingdom amusement park is an 8 min walk as well! The airport, 2 miles away. The attractions at the boardwalk are only 1.5 miles. Eateries, shopping, ziplining, 2nd Street pier, mini golf, water park, helicopter rides all within 5 miles!
