Royale Palms is a extravagant 24 story oceanfront building on Kingston Shores. Royale Palms has everything you would expect to find at a five-star, first class resort. This is a family owned unit and extremely clean.
Our 23rd floor 3BR/3BA, 1860 square foot, NON-SMOKING UNIT has pretty direct ocean vistas along with southern facing vistas down the beach. We have refreshed the main areas of the unit along with most of the appliances. Our unit offers all of the upgrades including the 'Serenity' beds, 9ft ceilings throughout with crown molding, granite bathroom floors, kitchen, entry, and laundry room, 4 flat screen TVs, a DVD player in the living room, designer linens, granite counter tops throughout and complimentary password protected WiFi.
We also offer monthly prices for snowbirds in the winter...Come stay a while!

✔ The master bedroom features a king sized bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, dresser and a huge private bathroom (huge double vanity, tiled steam shower and natural light supplied by the enormous window facing west). The sliding glass door in the bedroom opens up to the patio and striking vistas of the ocean.
✔ Bedroom #2 has two double beds with its own private bathroom with a tiled shower. This bedroom has striking western vistas from the window, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and two dressers.
✔ Bedroom #3 has two double beds and the bathroom is located directly outside of the room. This bedroom also has western vistas from its window, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and two dressers. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower combo and plenty of room to give kids a bath!
✔ We have a entirely supplied kitchen which includes a full sized oven with prepare-top, full sized refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, cooking silverware, dishes and glassware. The kitchen bar seats 4 and our dining room table seats an additional 6.
✔ There is a sizable hall closet in the entryway (supplied with some sand toys for kids) and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board
✔ The living room couch pulls out into another double bed and has access to the hall bathroom located next to bedroom #3.
✔ This unit comes with the WRIST BANDS TO ACCESS THE POOLS. Up to 8 guests will receive the bands. We will provide instructions on how to retrieve them via e-mail on your check-in day. This unit is part of the Amenity Program and access to the pools is included, including the sandy bottom pool.
✔ Royale Palms is connected with the resort via a corridor that is used to access the beach, pools and the lobby where Starbucks and other specialty stores are located.
✔ A large parking deck for your convenience and suitcases carts are located in the lobby for simple unloading/loading
The resort features manicured grounds, outdoor pools, the Wet Whistle beach bar located in the pool area which features bands/DJ's during the summer weekends for your live music enjoyment. Royale Palms is convenient to: Tanger Outlet Mall, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Nascar Speedpark, Ripley's Aquarium and Ripley's Believe it or Not, Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, Market Commons, Bass Pro Shop, Wal-Mart SuperCenter, Publix Grocery Store, Bi-Lo Grocery Store, CVS and much more. There are so many striking eateries located within a few miles of the resort or appreciate the resorts eateries.. Also, check out Croakers at the Apache pier if you want to "walk the beach" to dinner (their fresh fried shrimp is delicious!). We also recommend Johnny D's for morning waffles and omelets and Blueberry Cafe'. For all the golfers, The Grandiose Strand has ten area courses listed on the esteemed 'America's Top 100 Greatest Public Courses' by 'Golf Digest' magazine.
