CALL OR TEXT ANYTIME-269-209-5852! Our Vacation Beach House features a master suite the main level, with 3 other bedrooms on the 2nd level for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. WE OWN TWO HOUSES SIDE BY SIDE- CONTACT US FOR LARGE FAMILY GROUPS AS WE CAN ACCOMMODATE FAMILY GROUPS OF 26 WHEN RENTING BOTH HOMES! Our short term agreement will need to be signed within 24 hours of acceptance of your reservation.
One item that sets this home apart from others is it has a main floor master/bath suite AND a half bath for all guest you are entertaining. There is also an additional living room upstairs that sleeps 3 with a queen blowup and twin blow up. This home sleeps 13 people so we can handle 1 to 3 families- depending on the number in your family. There are 1 bedroom with King bed, one bedroom with double bunk beds and two queen rooms. Covered porch in the upstairs living rom and partial covered porch on main floor and open concept for kitchen/dining and living room. The main floor deck has a gas grille for your use and table for eating or just appreciating the warm South Carolina Sun.
Our home is located in the north west section of the park- it is very close to everything but is more peaceful that most any other areas of the park. Access to water park and all major amenities included in the price of this home. There is a $12 per car per day fee to have your car in the park. This is Ocean Lakes rule and is for every visitor, we recommend express check in, you can visit ocean lakes website or call ocean lakes at 1-843-238-5636.
Ocean lakes is a 7 Time national Park of the year award winner. Within 2 mins. from our site you can go to the ocean on a golf cart(not supplied). There is an activity center, waterpark with lazy river and slides. The park is a massive 300 acres with homes and camping this is the ideal spot to vacation for any individual, group or family. Ocean Lakes offers 24 hour security on site.
We take great pride in keeping our home nice and clean for our guest, we only ask that you leave the home in the condition that we have given it to you. There is no management company to deal with as the home was purchased for our family and we want to make sure the guests have a direct access and communication with us as well as have a great Beach Home experience. We hope you savor our home!
We have a outdoor shower to use on the main parking level for those trips to the beach!
Linens ARE included; we will provide fresh linens with each rental, this includes linens, towels(excludes beach towels) etc. Please do not take linens to the beach to avoid additional charges.
We use Nest for our thermostat and Schlage for the door deadbolt- each guest has a unique code that expires for them at departure. All access is keyless.

1. Upon arrival there will be one or two carts at the main level. Make sure not to park cars on the wood area.
2. Parking- there is plenty of parking at the home and we own a spot just next to the garage where the lava rock is.
3. You will receive a code and be able to access the home, we have a Yale lock, place your finger over the Yale lock button the pad will light up and enter your code, MAKE SURE TO HIT THE CHECK MARK AT THE BOTTOM AFTER YOU ENTER YOUR CODE. When inside it operates just like a deadbolt. When leaving MAKE SURE THE DOOR IS LATCHED THEN PLACE YOUR FINGER OVER THE YALE SYMBOL AND YOU WILL HEAR IT LOCK.
