A short 60 ft to the beach from this 5 bedroom ocean view home located in the Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes and the most refreshed.Our home is updated each and every year .you will not find a more updated home along the ocean view then ours are.Each year we look for ways to improve them and we put a lot of money into our home. our home has kitchen stainless steel appliances with side by side fridges with ice and water on the door and our home has laminate wood floors in the living/kitchen area and there is carpet in all the bedrooms ,this home has granite counter tops,flat screen tv's in all bedrooms and a sizable 50 inch flat screen in living room, all bathrooms are updated with nickel faucets and hardware and granite counter tops in 3 bathrooms ,all updated ceiling fans and light fixtures.Outside there is a enclosed shower with hot and cold water to wash away the sand and also a propane gas grille to prepare outside. the home also has commercial grade loungers on the upper decks for peaceful sunbathing and lower decks have counter high table and chair sets. The view from the decks are beautiful once you have stayed oceanfront you will never want to stay anyplace else. our oceanfront home is located at the far end of the fashionable Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes where there is only 13 homes located along the oceanfront in this section and we actually have 5 real bedrooms and this section is closest to the ocean in Ocean lakes.You walk down the steps from the home and 60 ft across Ocean lakes private street and you are at ocean access.
-the home is a 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms On the main floor 2 Jack and Jill queen bedrooms sharing a main floor bathroom, also on the main floor there is a queen bedroom and a bunk bed room with a pull out trundle sharing a full bath. upstairs master enormous king bedroom with a full bath.
Ocean Lakes is a family-aligned, 24-hour gated, security and patrolled community with a multitude of amenities.Ocean Lakes is located in Myrtle Beach and is the most complete Oceanfront campground on the east coast.With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront,it features eight fresh water lakes,a recreaction center with supervised activities for kids such as day camps,fire engine rides and playground activities. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool a outdoor olympic size pool & three kiddie pools and new in 2016 is a full size water park,golf cart rental,three snack bars and a arcade with 80+ games,a outdoor theatre with scheduled events,playgrounds, basketball, shuffle board, miniature golf,a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds.
*Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a family-aligned community the rental of this home is intended for couples and families 25 or older and not a group of young singles**
*This home will sleep a max. of 10 adults in 5 bedrooms or 10 adults and 4 kids including the bunk beds*
Upon arrival at Ocean Lakes you will need to register your car and pay Ocean Lakes directly $8.00 per day for parking pass.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day I will only accept weekly units Saturday to Saturday.

A initial rental deposit of $500 is required for a reservation and all final money due must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date for a summer week rental.If you would need to cancel and I am able to re-rent home then all money would be returned to you except for $75.00 for administrative fee.
During the summer rental season taking departure cleaning is mandatory and out of season any group bigger then 5 as not everybody cleans the same and I want everybody to be happy and have a great vacation .
Hurricane policy is if there is a mandatory evauaction then there will be a prorated refund for those days.
A modest crate trained dog will be considered but you must inquire first by providing breed and weight .
