As part of your reservation, you’ll savor access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will appreciate complimentary Blockbuster units during your stay.

All Oceana Resorts guests are supplied with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one complimentary ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the complimentary tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Kids's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!

Things to Know
The spa / hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a brand-new 10-seat spa/hot-tub. In order for this upgrade to be finished on time, the spa/hot-tub area will be closed and unavailable for usage until the beginning of 2025. Guests are encouraged to use Bluegreen Resort’s spa/hot-tub complimentary of charge during this upgrade.**** Bluegreen Resort (Carolina Grandiose) is located across the street.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Get the most from your budget:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • To find the best value, try shifting your family's Myrtle Beach vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean?   • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors disrupting your peace and quiet. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often help. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your group have a terrific vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
