Living room, dining table and kitchen are open concept floor plan. The kitchen has everything you would have in your own apartment as it is my apartment haha. You'll find some spices available and a coffee maker with filters, coffee, and sugar.
The bathroom has shampoo, condition, and body wash. Towels are supplied.
The living room has two couches that are not leather, super comfortable, and there is a leather couch that has two recliners. In the center of the room is a tv for everybody to watch. It is a Chromecast so you can use your tv to watch shows. There are some board games under the tv for you to use.
The dining table is against the wall and the sides can lift up for more space.
The desk area is next to the kitchen.
The bedroom has a dresser that is empty and plenty of closet space to hang your clothes. It has a California king bed wit linens.
There are two beach chairs you can use and a modest play bucket for the sand. Unfortunately, we no longer provide beach towels. If you would like, I would be happy to get you some souvenir ones from the store before you arrive for a fee.

Comfortably sleeps 2-3 in the bed and 1 on the couch. So 4 people allowed. Up to 5 allowed for an additional $40 dollars for the 5th person.

This is a pet friendly home! It will be $30 per pet per nighttime.

Photo ID of each visitor will be required before check in.
Only those listed in the reservation are allowed in the unit.
No Parties allowed
Must be 25 to rent.
One car in the private parking, any other cars will be at your own risk parking.

You can walk to the beach in less than 2 mins.. It has a shower by the exit. Eateries are only a block and a half away on 21st St. 10 min drive to Broadway.

If you would like to book, we will meet when you check in for a walk through. We want to do the most we can to make sure your stay is outstanding so we like to do a walk through at the beginning to make sure it is up to your standard, although I know you'll think its as homey and cute as I do :)

Check in is at 4PM
Check out is at 11:00AM

If there is no one checking in the next day, we may be able to extend your check out.
There is a cleaning fee for a reason so you do not have to do anything when you leave. We ask that if you could put all the towels back in the bathroom that would be appreciated.

If you have any questions please reach out

General Disclosures - There is a main street that may have noises at nighttime. That is beyond my control but this is the notice letting you know. We are between the beach and a main street.

House Rules:
There is a confirmation process after you book. You must respond to my message confirming the number of the people and/or family pets that you will bring. I will need an ID for everybody staying in the unit and it will need to be sent before you arrive. If you fail to do these steps, after 48 hours I will request the stay be cancelled as I need to make sure of the reservation. I know this is strict but these rules were made for a reason and experiences.
There are cameras on the premises but none inside of the apartments. They are for the safety of our long term tenants and our guests. If you are seen breaking the rules or tampering with the camera or removing view of sight for safety and verification you will be asked to vacate.
Please be respectful of your neighbor. Chances are they are a long term tenant. If they lodge a complaint against your noise level, Airbnb will be notified. Noise curfew starts at 10:00PM. So loud noises must stop. If there is a noise complain, Airbnb will be notified.
Must be 25 to book. ID will be requested before you arrive and checked again during check in.
Check in will be in person and does require a formal walk through. We want you to not have to worry about anything so we make sure, together, that the apartment is just as it is advertised.
No Parties
No Events
Pet Friendly - It says $100 for the stay but it is not that. They don't have my pricing as an option so it is disclosed here. It is $30 per nighttime per pet.
If you have more than 6 people with you (guest max) you will be fined $500 dollars plus an hour $150 for cleaning the additional persons messes.
Please take care of the place. Anything missing or damaged will result in fee. Excessive messes that results in higher costs from the cleaning crew due to your mess will result in an additional fee (I know this seems silly but you would be shocked what people leave behind)
You agree to abide by noise curfew
Please keep all wet beach items outside on patio

Tricks and tips to get the best vacation property experience:

Get the most from your rental home budget:

  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Look for your local Myrtle Beach area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitor guide magazines have discounts for nearby accommodations and attractions.

Make a plan and choose a perfectvacation home:

  • Start by having your family decide on date ranges and a spending budget.
  • Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Adorable beach apartment 2 blocks from the beach has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is normally available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, contact the property management company before you reserve the home. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to establish what configuration is best for your vacation family.
  • If your family is vacationing with pets, you'll need to find a pet-friendly property. Request details on breed, weight, and type requirements. Often, property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.
  • Are you visiting for a specific attraction or event? If so, use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking.

Know before you go:

  • Add the property manager's contact information to your smartphone. Take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Keep the property locked while you're gone! Don't let burglars ruin your family vacation.
  • Record any issues with the property at check in, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are very helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an incredible resource to find the best local scenic spots.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a great vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
