This luxe 3BR/3BA condo is located in the Sand Dunes Resort's esteemed North Tower. Highlights include fantastic vistas of the Atlantic from the wraparound balcony and three cavernous en suite bedrooms. Amazing amenities include a freshwater pool, an indoor pool, lazy river, exercise center, and a sun deck.


Listen to the sound of rolling waves from the wraparound balcony, which features amazing ocean vistas and four premium comfortable chairs with matching side tables. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide superb Atlantic vistas from the welcoming living area, furnished with ample seating and a 48-inch TV. Create favorite meals and beach snacks in the shining kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample cookware. When it's time to eat, gather at the six-person table.


Find comfort in the calming primary suite, which features a king bed, 32-inch TV, and private balcony access. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and 32-inch TV, while the en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Sleep soundly in the third bedroom, appointed with two double beds, 32-inch TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
