**We are proud to be Vacation Rental By Owner Premier Hosts!**
This gorgeous penthouse condo is located in the Forest Dunes Resort in the quieter section of Myrtle Beach called "Cabana Row" on the Millionaire Mile. The splendid resort features a lazy river, full size pool, huge hot tub, indoor pool, and kiddie pool too.
Our condo is located on the top floor and the vistas are INCREDIBLE! From every bedroom, you can see the ocean! Every person who enters this condo for the first time always comments on the striking vistas. There are floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom. You can see all the way down the beach and overlooking the city too. Look out onto the oceans and see the dolphins swimming along the coast or make eye contact with the pelicans flying in formation and swooping up over our building!
The delightfully refreshed condo is about 1600 sqft which is rather enormous for a beach condo! The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living room area is ideal for gathering with bigger groups. There is plenty of space for the whole family! There are Intelligent TVs, books, and plenty of board games for your entertainment.
The kitchen is outfitted with all the pots, pans, dishes and silverware you need to prepare up and serve a nice meal. There is a drip brew coffee pot and I provide starter packs of coffee, creamer, and sweeteners.
There are three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The primary bedroom is rather sizable and has an extraordinary view of the ocean and access to the balcony. The primary bathroom has been completely modernized and has a gorgeous tiled shower. The secondary bedroom features a elegant queen bed and also has an updated attached half bathroom. The third bedroom has two double beds. All bedrooms have exceptional ocean vistas! The washer and dryer is located in an upsized deep closet in the hallway.
The building itself is the ideal size resort! It is big enough to have some fabulous amenities, but not too big where you get lost or busy out. There are multiple pools on the main level. There is a full size outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, hot tub, and a lazy river. There is also an indoor pool for those cool winter days or rainy summer days. There is a exercise room on the first floor.
Buckets is the name of the seasonal restaurant on the first level of our building. They are ideal for a burger and fries or mango frozen margaritas by the pool!
We do not offer daily housekeeping. We are happy to provide starters of many items, but we do not provide all the toiletries, paper & plastic products, etc. for your entire trip. If you are not wanting to pack extras, there are plenty of grocery stores, a Walmart, and a Costco close by. You can even have your items delivered with Instacart.
Listed below is what we do provide:
What we provide for our guest:
- One set of bathroom towels per guest which includes washcloth, hand towel, and bath towel. **We do not supply beach towels.
- Free toiletries which include: Shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipe, and soap.
- A few "in case you forgot" items which include: Razor, shaving cream, toothpaste, etc.
- Four rolls of toilet tissue.
What we provide for kitchen (besides basic pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc):
- Three hand towels, three dish towels
- Starter Paper Towel Roll
- Garbage Bags
- Dish Detergent & Dish Soap
- Free Hot beverages including - Regular & Decaf Coffee and Tea. Our coffee pot is a drip brewer, not a Keurig.
You are welcome to use the beach chairs and the toys in the closet. Please be mindful of the sand though. After using them, please rinse off the sand at the outdoor shower area next to the gazebo by the beach. Please place them back neatly too so they are nice for the next guest to use too. :)
You will have access to the entire condo. You will also have access to the outdoor pool area, the indoor pool area, the exercise room, the private oceanfront gazebo, the lobby, and the restaurant and bathrooms next to indoor pool.

Strategies to get the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
Getting the best rental value:
- To book the most suitable vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Myrtle Beach attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Property management companies sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
- Booking websites typically offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great articles, visitors guide magazines contain money saving offers on nearby tours, shops, and attractions.
How to choose the perfect rental:
- Begin by choosing potential vacation weeks and a budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration you need. AMAZING VIEW! Stylish Penthouse HUGE 3br\/2.5ba PREMIER HOST! Pool, Hot tub, Gym has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is usually available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email or call the host before reserving the property. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to determine what is suitable for your vacation family.
- Is your group looking for specific amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking
- Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or could be applied to your contract.
Considerations for your stay:
- Add the owner's contact info to your phone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- During check-in, make note of any damages to the property and immediately alert the owner. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, intercom or coffee maker. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent many concerns.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a fantastic source for finding the best local spots.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are gone, just like you would back home.
- When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
- Did your family have a great stay? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
