The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the couch or accent chairs and appreciate endless vistas of the ocean! The couch converts to a queen-size bed. The dining table and chairs are located in the area as well. The queen bed faces the Southern window; wake up and see the ocean! There is enough space to accommodate 4 guests in the apartment. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are handsome.

Myrtle Beach rental booking tips:

When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to book:

  • The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. To find the largest vacation home within budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Often, rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which will include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

How to pick the best vacation home in Myrtle Beach:

  • Choose your vacation dates and max budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Angled Ocean View Studio with Incredible Views! Palace Resort 1005 - Sleeps 4 guests has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly available online. If not, contact the property owner before you book the vacation home. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds.
  • Some properties allow pets, but some don't. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the property management company about pet restrictions before booking.
  • If there's an individual Myrtle Beach destination you crave, look for homes that are either near by, or those that cater to your desires.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental

More considerations for your visit:

  • Store the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
  • Lock your vacation home while you are away. Protect your property!
  • Document any damages to the property upon arrival, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are helpful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an excellent resource to find the best local beaches and restaurants.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • At departure, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a great vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
