This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove, as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the couch or accent chairs and appreciate endless vistas of the ocean! The couch converts to a queen-size bed. The dining table and chairs are located in the area as well. The queen bed faces the Southern window; wake up and see the ocean! There is enough space to accommodate 4 guests in the apartment. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are charming.

The full-size bathroom is located to the right when you walk through the main door. The bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.

Booking the best vacation rental experience:
Finding the best rental value:
- The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
- Summer months are the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. To find the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which include special deals, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Planning, picking, and booking the perfectrental home:
- Choose your dates and maximum budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your group needs. Angled Ocean View Studio with Incredible Views! Palace Resort 1005 - Sleeps 4 guests has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly available on booking pages. Otherwise, reach out to the property management company before you reserve your rental. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull out couches in living rooms.
- If your family is bringing pets, filter your search for a property that allows animals. Get specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Note that some hosts require additional pet deposits and fees.
- Are you looking for specific amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
During your stay:
- Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental home. We recommend storing the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, intercom or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent a lot of difficulties.
- Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would back home.
- Upon check-in, document any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your group have a terrific stay? Many rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
