Welcome to your beachside getaway at Atlantica South Tower! This oceanfront condo offers a blend of comfort and convenience:
• Living Space: Unwind in the airy living room featuring three flat-panel TVs and ample seating for family gatherings. The space is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment.
• Kitchen: The completely-equipped kitchen includes essential appliances like a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A coffee maker, 4-slot toaster, and blender are also supplied, along with cooking basics and silverware.
• Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The condo includes two well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for restful sleep with additional pillows and blankets supplied. Two bathrooms feature a combination of bathtubs and showers, with complimentary body soap and shower gel. Fresh towels and linens are also included.
• Balcony: Savor striking ocean vistas from your private balcony, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
• Decor Note: Please note that while the layout remains consistent, each condo at Atlantica Resort is individually owned. Room decor, including floor and appliances, may vary from what is shown in photos.

• Beach Access: Located less than 150 yards from the beach, this condo offers simple and convenient access to the sandy shores and oceanfront activities. Public beach access is readily available.
• Atlantica North Tower: The Atlantica North Tower, located just half a block away, offers additional amenities. Access to certain facilities may be restricted to North Tower residents or guests.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
