SITE D-15 IS A BEAUTIFUL CUSTOM BUILT 4 BEDROOM, 2.5 BATH HOME ON STILTS. IT IS LOCATED ON A SPACIOUS CORNER LOT WITH COVERED PARKING FOR UP TO 3 VEHICLES. THIS HOME IS VERY CLOSE(JUST STEPS) TO THE OCEAN AND PLAYGROUND. TWO COMPLIMENTARY GOLF CARTS ARE PROVIDED, WHICH YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO DRIVE.
THIS HOME HAS AN OPEN FLOORING PLAN WITH A SPACIOUS LIVING AREA WITH CATHEDRAL CEILINGS. THE LIVING ROOM CONTAINS A NEW POWERED LEATHER SOFA AND RECLINER, IN ADDITION TO A LOVESEAT. THERE ARE TWO BEDROOMS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOORING, INCLUDING THE MASTER BEDROOM, WHICH HAS ITS OWN BATHROOM, AND TWO BEDROOMS LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOORING IN ADDITION TO A FULL BATHROOM. THE HOME SLEEPS A MAX OF 12 PEOPLE ( 10 IN BEDS AND A QUEEN AIR MATTRESS). THERE ARE 3 QUEEN BEDS AND ONE SET OF FULL OVER FULL BUNK BEDS. EACH BEDROOM HAS A NEW LARGE FLAT-SCREEN TV MOUNTED ON THE WALL IN ADDITION TO A 54-INCH FLAT-SCREEN TV IN THE LIVING ROOM WITH EXTENDED CABLE AND WIFI. THERE IS LOTS OF STORAGE IN ALL BEDROOM CLOSETS.
THE KITCHEN COMES FULLY STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED FROM SILVERWARE, DISHES, GLASSES, AND COOKWARE IN ADDITION TO MUST-NEEDED SMALL APPLIANCES SUCH AS A KEURIG, REGULAR COFFEE POT, TOASTER, CAN OPENER, ETC. THE NEW KITCHEN TABLE SEATS SIX PEOPLE IN ADDITION TO 4 BAR STOOLS AT THE KITCHEN BAR. THE WASHER AND DRYER ARE LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOORING IN ADDITION TO THE HALF BATH.
THERE IS SEATING OUTSIDE UNDER THE COVERED DECK AS WELL AS SEATING ON THE UNCOVERED DECK. UNDERNEATH THE HOME IS A GAS GRILL, PICNIC TABLE, SWING, AND AN OUTDOOR SHOWER FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT.

*** OUTDOOR CAMERAS WITH AUDIO AND MOTION SENSOR LIGHTING HAVE BEEN INSTALLED FOR RENTERS AND HOMEOWNERS' PROTECTION AND SAFETY! ONE CAMERA IS LOCATED UNDERNEATH THE HOME AT THE GARAGE DOOR. THE LIGHT AUTOMATICALLY COMES ON WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT NIGHT. THE OTHER CAMERA IS LOCATED ON THE DECK IN THE RIGHT-HAND CORNER.
