The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 10th floor, 1-bedroom apartment located at the Atlantica Resort In Myrtle Beach. The Atlantica is located at 17th Avenue and is within a few blocks from many attractions including the Skywheel and Slingshot! As of Spring 2021, this apartment has been completely refreshed with new floor, fresh paint on all walls, new baseboards, a new couch and loveseat, a new dining table and chairs, new bed and bed frames, and modern, beachy decor throughout.
Guests will enter the bedroom area. The bedroom has 2 full beds, a TV, and a modest closet for storage. The bedroom area also offers a dresser for storage, closet, nightstand, and 2 modest windows that provide some natural light.
If you continue walking, you will enter the kitchen. The kitchen area features a full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove, counter and cabinet space, and kitchen sink. Directly behind the kitchen is where the bathroom is located. The bathroom is full size and features a bathroom sink, mirror, toilet, tub/shower, and door for privacy.
Once you enter the living area, you will be blown away by the vistas! The balcony area is modest, but the vistas are unbeatable! Just in front of the kitchen is where the living room is located.
Guests will have access to 1 full-size sleeper couch, appreciate seat, dining table and chairs, TV with basic cable, and access to the private balcony. Being an end unit, guests will really adore the oceanfront vistas as well as the view of the Southern coastline. Many of our guests have spotted dolphins and the most striking sunrises and sunset from the balcony!
Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 bath towels, 8 washcloths, soap shampoo, lotion, conditioner, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
The Atlantica is a PRIME location in close proximity to Broadway at the Beach, convention center, and just a couple blocks north of the Boardwalk and SkyWheel. Our guests adore the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini-golf, go-karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest! Myrtle Beach vacation rental booking tips and tricks:
When to go & When to book:
- Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer is high season in Myrtle Beach. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- Some owners offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
- Property management companies typically offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitors guides have money saving offers on local tours and attractions.
Selecting the perfect vacation rental in Myrtle Beach:
- Select a group lead, choose your vacation week, and choose a max budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Beautifully Decorated Direct Oceanfront 1 BR 1 BA Condo Atlantica 1003 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, call the property management company before booking the property. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds.
- If your family is bringing pets, filter your search for a pet-friendly property. Request specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Some hosts charge additional pet fees.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach attraction you long to visit, browse properties that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking
Additional considerations:
- Add the host's information to your phone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let thieves ruin your vacation.
- Note any damages to the property upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are very helpful if there is a dispute.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a terrific source for finding the best local attractions.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected everything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did you have a fantastic stay? Many rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
