Nip-Tide is located on a nice corner lot and just a few min. golf-cart ride to the beach. This home is the ideal place for a family of 4-6 to make special memories as soon as you step inside to the nautical decor. You will appreciate the covered wrap around porch in any weather. Cavernous completely equipped kitchen including Keurig and full size coffee maker as well as toaster, crock pot and microwave . Full size stove , dinette seating as well as nice bar area with bay window. Gas grille for outdoor cooking . Roomy 2 bedrooms one with king size bed and one with queen . There is a full size pull out sleeper couch as well as a portable Pack 'n' Play crib for your little ones. We include a linen package (sheets, bathroom towel sets and kitchen towel set) as well as starter paper products. Two full baths 1 with step in shower and 1 with tub/shower combination. There is a full size washer / dryer for your convenience.

*This home DOES include complimentary GOLF CART use for licensed drivers age 25 and up.

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and released within 5-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/nighttime). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking costs are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the home. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
