Cozy townhouse for rent! Located between 2 blocks to beach and 2 blocks to entertainment and shopping and in a peaceful and safe neighborhood is this magnificent bi-level and comes with two bedrooms (Queen size each) and two and half bathrooms. The main floor has a cavernous living room with kitchen with all appliances included (also toaster & K-cup coffee maker), and a laundry room equipped with washer/dryer. For your comfort the home comes with A/C, Intelligent TV and patio.
Located amidst amusement area, walkable to Walmart, eateries, services and 3 min drive to beach.
The space
On entry, there is a storage and utility (washer, dryer, etc.) to the left. Your beach towels are located here. From there, you can go upstairs to the bedrooms or walk into the kitchen to the left. The kitchen is equipped with a bread/bagel toaster and a K-cup coffee maker. It also has the silverware needed to prepare a meal for yourself and guests. Also, equipped are a dinner and cutlery sets for your convenience.
The layout then opens up to a roomy dining and living area. The dining area has a format dining table for four guests. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and lounge and right in-front is a 65-inch SAMSUNG SMART TV with cable TV channels. You can watch Netflix, Amazon, YouTube (you can sign-in to your accounts) comfortably.
You can exit in the rear to a deck where you will be able to have a peaceful dinner (4 outdoor chairs and a table available on deck).
Guest access
The guests has access to the whole home except for 2 closets (one in the lower level and one in the upper level). These closets are locked.
