Must be 21 to operate the optional golf cart (valid driver’s license required and must abide by all Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage, or renter will pay applicable fines)

You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass per car from Ocean Lakes. This does include the use of the amenities in the park. This fee is NOT supplied in your Booking.

  • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
