FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property:
Q: 'Are there any hidden costs?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q:Do you provide beach supplies?
A: We do not have facilities for these items. However, we are happy to make suggestions for places to rent these items if you ask us. (In Myrtle Beach, you can actually rent beach chairs and umbrellas right on the beach from the lifeguard stations.)
Q: 'Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an additional cost?'
A: NO - We don't like having to take bath towels and linens with us on vacation; and we really don't like deceptive pricing that requires us to rent things we NEED for sleeping for an added cost. So, we don't expect our guests to like those things either. BATH TOWELS AND LINENS ARE PROVIDED, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is complimentary for TWO car. You will receive TWO parking passes per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don’t write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: MAYBE - Pool arm bands are only required during peak season (May to September). During this time, you will receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be supplied with enough.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat our property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher before you leave. We don't expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but please be courteous by not leave a lot of trash or a giant mess for the cleaners. Remember that they often have a very modest amount of time to clean before the next guests arrive.
Q: 'Do you allow family pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Animals are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept modest dogs. Contact us for more details.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry - Smoking is stringently forbidden in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will hold your entire security deposit to cover the cost.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty modest appliance you enjoy, please feel complimentary to bring it along.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests have access to all of the standard water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs that are located inside, next to, and behind the oceanfront building), but not the waterpark between the building and Ocean Blvd. and not the fun zone areas. Bother of these facilities are operated by the on-site hotel management, and their guests are charged a resort fee. We are also unable to buy into any access to these places.
The Neighborhood:
We adore this neighborhood just North of the modren "Golden Mile" residential area. It is still Ocean Blvd., but it is out of the crazy traffic of the South end. It is still close to everything and walkable to eateries, grocery stores, shopping, and Cane Patch golf. There is even a Starbucks a few blocks away. This neighborhood is just a bit more cozy than the other areas of Ocean Blvd with tree-lined streets, uncrowded sidewalks, and an oceanfront exercise walk. In our opinions, it is the ideal combination of resort (with tons of amenities) and calming vacation.

Strategies to get the very best rental experience:
Get the most from your spending budget:
- Summer is the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. To book the best vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Myrtle Beach attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
- Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Make a plan and pick your Myrtle Beach rental:
- Select a group lead, choose your vacation dates, and select a maximum budget.
- Note the number beds and the configuration you need. Cozy Beach View 3BR*King*Pool*FREE Tickets*A149 has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is regularly accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, email or call the property owner before you book the home. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to work out what is right for your vacation family.
- Visiting for a single attraction or event? If so, use a map search to find nearby properties.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental.
- If your family is traveling with pets, you must book a pet-friendly property. Ask for information on breed, size, and type restrictions. Some property managers charge pet deposits and fees.
Tips for your stay:
- Take a copy of the owner's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home.
- During check-in, note any damages to the property and immediately alert the property manager. Keep records of all coorespondence.
- Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be an excellent resource to find the best local beaches and restaurants.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Lock your rental home while you are out. Keep your property safe!
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
