Our NEWLY LISTED TWO STORY 4BR/3BA SPACIOUS home has all BRAND-NEW furnishings, located within Legends Golf Resort in The Cottages of Gleneagles, a BRAND-NEW community located inside of the 1,300 acres gated Legends Golf Resort, with a enchanting ambiance all around it. Surrounded with the club home pool, playgrounds, The Famous Ailas Pub and so much more. This property is very convenient to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.
The Space:

The Master Suite has a King Size Bed, dresser, nightstands, enormous flat screen TV mounted on the wall, a private attached bathroom featuring a standing shower with glass doors, double sink vanity, private toilet room with door and a HUGE walk-in closet with plenty of shelving and storage.
The 2nd guest bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, dresser, nightstand table, closet and a flat screen TV. The 2nd bathroom is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms.
The 3rd guest bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, dresser, nightstand table, closet and a flat screen TV.
The 4th bedroom is located upstairs and has a Queen size bed, dresser, end table and a flat screen TV. There is an en-suite attached full bathroom and walk-in closet.

Our Striking completely equipped, entirely outfitted kitchen featuring BRAND-NEW stainless-steel appliances (gas stove, oven, double sided refrigerator, dishwasher). We have everything you need to create delicious meals. Also located in the kitchen is a desk nook that provides an area to work, along with sliding glass doors that open up to the back patio.
When it's time to dine, savor our dining table with plenty seating to accommodate up to 6 guests with an added plus of a breakfast bar & barstools complete with seating for 4 guests.

LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES PROVIDED:

Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove make-up or clean up messes!!

We are just 5 miles from all of the great beaches as well as everything Myrtle Beach has to offer without staying in all of the congestion.
At the main entrance of Legends Golf Resort which off of US HWY. 501 you will find a variety of Eateries like (Outback Steakhouse, The Grumpy Monk, Olive Gardern, Buffalo Wild Wings, Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux), Grocery stores (Kroger and Publix) and The Tanger Outlets.
