The Space:

• Approved guests will arrive at the front desk for check in. The staff will hold your bags and you can use the amenities if you arrive early on your check in date. Your suite will be assigned by the front desk at check in and you will be given keys to access.

• A $100 returnable damage deposit will be collected at check in at the front desk (credit/debit card only). It will be returned assuming there are no damages to the suite

- Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer is the most expensive season in coastal SC. To get the largest rental within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Hosts sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection.
