* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am, no exceptions.
*This unit is located on the 3rd floor, no elevator access.
*Indoor pool open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*Outdoor pool closes around November-April.
*No motorbikes, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Washer/dryer located in unit
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap supplied.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.

-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
