Unit 602 in Maison Sur Mer has been completely modernized and ready to invite you in the door with floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean!

The living room has plenty of room for calming with a 79” intelligent TV with a full lineup of channels as well as access to your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The leather sectional couch is incredibly comfortable, and you can watch the waves and TV at the same time!

The balcony, at more than 170 square feet, gives you plenty of room to savor breakfast, lunch, and dinner as it faces southwest so you won’t be overheated by direct sun. The sunsets are striking!

Spring and fall are very peaceful on the balcony with the sun setting lower in the sky – you will appreciate the full path of the sun to keep you toasty even on a chilly day. It’s ideal for reading a book and a cold drink.

The chef’s kitchen has everything you might need - often coffee, tea, herbs, and spices. You are welcome to use anything that is available. The host has included modren dinnerware as well as casual dishes, plenty of glassware, stemware, and more to savor. The refrigerator has filtered water and an ice maker. There is also an air fryer, crock pot, waffle maker, and a Ninja blender! A high chair is also supplied for young ones.

Grille out that ideal cheeseburger in heaven at our on-site grille for dinner. The host has supplied everything you need for grilling. There is a full size dining table in the dining area, as well as a breakfast nook dinette table.

The bar area also has a refrigerator for your favorite beverages as well as handsome stemware, bar glasses to make your beverages all the more fun.

The unit has two very cavernous bedrooms, additional pillows, with ocean vistas and balcony access. The bedrooms have brand new memory foam beds along with pillows galore so you can choose your best fit for a dreamy nighttime's sleep. There is 1 king bed in the first master suite, and the second master suite has two queen beds.

There are two full bathrooms - one located in the room with two queen beds which has a shower, and the other bathroom is also ensuite in King Suite which has a tub/shower combo. There is also a washer and dryer in the home for added convenience.

To help with your beach vacation, the host has supplied beach chairs and an umbrella. Please take care of them so that all of our guests can use them!

There is an superb outdoor pool deck, tiki bar (open in season), and direct beach access for you to enjoy!

Ideal for Birthdays! We have a "birthday box" and you are welcome to use any items in there. Please be careful and do not tape items to the wall paint.

Outdoor Dream:
Appreciate our oceanfront handsome pool deck with tiki bar and also our beach toys! We have bocce ball, a body board, sandcastle toys, and frisbee! Please wash off, dry, and return items to our home after use.

The host has also included tennis rackets, badminton sets, kites, pickleball rackets, and telescope.

Poker "Bromance" Fun:
We have a poker game set for the ideal guy's and family's nighttime in! There's also a Monopoly game for fun with the kids.

Policies:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
