*Please note: Despite the 'no pet' rule that is for renters only. There will occasionally be dogs on this premises, I strongly discourage renting this unit if you have any pet allergies.

Just like most units our condo does have an HOA. Listed below are our primary rules followed by instructions upon arrival. Additionally, you will be supplied a door code prior to your arrival.

Primary HOA Rules:
**Quiet time hours are between 10pm-8am - walls and floors are thin and there are full time residents (this is not a hotel.)
--->Update for this condo: I have freshly insulated the walls and ceiling (you will notice spots on the walls where this was done as it has not been repainted just yet.) Please still be considerate of your neighbors.<---
**Pool hours: 8am-8pm – only registered guests are allowed to use the pool *NO DIAPERS IN POOL (please read additional rules at the pool entrance prior to entering the pool area.) *Pool hours are subject to change weather dependent ie: Thunderstorm; The pool is also seasonal despite being indoors.
**This unit (308) has a max capacity of 4 people per Myrtle Beach fire code - therefore failure to abide by this rule will result in immediate eviction.
**Please do not leave any items in the hallway at any time as this can result in a fine per Myrtle Beach fire code.
**Guests are limited to 1 parking spaces per unit – cars w/o a visible parking pass are subject to towing at the guest’s expense.
**Please do not hang anything from the balconies
**Our dumpster is located behind the back wall of our parking lot (North of this building.) Do Not use the one to the left of our lot entrance. **All garbage must be disposed of upon departure.

Upon Arrival:
**Be sure to place the La Mirage ‘Guest Pass’ visibly in your car dash (this is an HOA requirement and should be there for the duration of your stay)
**Washing machine requires high efficiency detergent. Do not load washer more than 3/4 full. Must be present when washer/dryer are running. Do not run machines between 10pm-8am. Clean dryer lint out after each use.
**Please review our building’s Code of Conduct posted on the refrigerator and add'l Condo rules inside the condo for all HOA/Condo rules.
**The WiFi password along with other arrival and departure info is supplied on the Welcome form to the right of the entrance door.

**Long term winter units available between the months of October thru March. If interested please reach out for availability.

Myrtle Beach vacation rental booking tips:

When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home & When to go:

  • Reserve your Myrtle Beach vacation in Fall or Spring to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Often, management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Use filters to narrow your search:

  • Choose a group leader, choose your dates, and select a maximum budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group needs. Just steps away from the beach! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed types is normally accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, contact the property manager before reserving your rental. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds. You will need to work out what configuration is optimal for your vacation group.
  • Does your family require special amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available before booking
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Pet fees or charges may be applied to your agreement.

Additional considerations:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Add a note with the directions to your phone, and take a printed copy.
  • Document any issues with the property during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be helpful if damages are assessed.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or kitchen appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents lots of problems.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers disrupting your life at home. Apply the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and attractions you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Lock your rental property while you're gone! Don't let crooks ruin your trip.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a great stay? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
