Leonard & Florence Place is located inside the gates of the award winning Ocean Lakes Campground. Our home is located on the south side of the campground. A short ride on the golf cart or within walking distance to the striking Atlantic Ocean. Our home has plenty of parking space in the driveway and on the side of the home. The front of the home has a deck that is covered so you can appreciate handsome nights watching the start or watching the sunrise while appreciating a cup of coffee. As you enter the front door you, you enter the living room with ceramic tile floor. A plush couch and 2 plush recliner to relax. Big screen tv to savor your favorite shows. The dining area is off from the kitchen. Dinette set that can seat 4 people to enjoy, your meals. Which have plenty of room for everybody to enjoy meals together. The kitchen offers plenty of cabinet and counter space for preparing meals. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need for any meal. In the kitchen is a coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, cups, bowls, glasses, silverware, microwave, dishwasher and more. Our home have one queen size bed, one full size bed and two twin size bunk beds and a queen sleep couch with laminated floors. Two full size bathroom that have been refreshed and upgraded. Washer and dryer in the storage shed is supplied for my guest. Outside electric hookup for the golf cart. We also have a outside shower is available for my guest. You will be safe with 24 hour and 7 days a week gated security. ****Liens, towels, wash clothes, toilet and paper towels are supplied for a fee*** Ocean lakes is a family fun campground and was voted best of the beach. ***** You are required to purchase a $12 per day car pass/per car from Ocean lakes and this does include amenities and water park.***** The amenities included are indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, waterpark, mini-golf, arcade, and more. House Rules
1. All costs are non-returnable/ non-negotiable. Expect security deposit)
2. No refund if cable or internet goes out because this is out of our control.
3. Renters must be at least 32 years old, and present during the rental period. Must send a copy of ID
4. min. occupancy is 6 at the present time but will be increasing to 8.
5. No smoking is allowed in the home or on the property. If cleaning people find any contraband on the property. There will be a $75.00
6. All golf cart operators must be licensed drivers, minimum 21 years old. Golf cart keys aren't left in the home and golf cart locked up there will be a $25.00 fee. Any damage done to golf cart the renter will be responsible. If golf cart has to be cleaned up after someone gets sick there will be a fee 75.00.
7. No family pets are allowed.
8. Liening Fee is 75.00. CAN'T bring your own sheets. If I end up with bedbugs. You will lose your security deposit.

10. Departure cleaning fee is $175.00 required/non-negotiable
11. The day of departure the trash needs to be taken out or a $75.00 fee

16. There will be a $500.00 deposit fee (but its listed as administration fee) that will be refunded if none of the home rules are broken.
17. No dishes left in the sink or the dishwasher or a $50.00 fee.
18. Can't book if the rental agreement isn't signed. Please sign the rental agreement and return with a copy of ID.
19. The day of departure you aren't checked out by 10 am and if the cleaning people have to wait. Their will be a $50.00 fee
20. Grille must be clean after ever use or a $75.00 fee.
21. ****There are cameras on the shed and point towards the front door for my security. These cameras will remain on during your stay. Don't unplug my cameras. A sign is posted on the shed about cameras on the property****
22. The person that books my home must remain there, the entire stay. No sublease.
23. When booking my home must state the names and ages of the people in your event.
24. If Ocean Lakes security or horry county police has to come to my home for distributing the tranquility or unruly acts, your security deposit will NOT be refunded and you will be asked to leave.
