-No events are allowed, and the max. occupancy is 12 people.
-Family Animals are not allowed on the property.
-Smoking or vaping is stringently prohibited inside the home. We have a zero-tolerance policy and any evidence of smoking or a lingering smell of smoke will result in the loss of your deposit.
-Please keep the doors closed for the comfort and security of all guests.
-A returnable $500 damage deposit is required, which will be returned within 14 days of checkout, supplied no damages are incurred.
- we do not provide a golf cart anymore. You may rent one from Ocean Lakes golf cart center when you arrive.
