The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 19th floor, completely refreshed, 1 bedroom apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is entirely furnished with 1 queen size bed, and queen size sleeper couch in the living room. The layout is the ideal couples getaway and can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably!

As of December 2025 the condo has had some new furnishings added including a new sleeper couch, new accent chairs, new bar stools, and a new dinning set!

This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! The master bedroom offers 1 queen bed and access to a full bathroom just outside the bedroom. This bedroom also includes access to the main balcony, which is also accessible from the living room. The guest bath is located in-between the kitchen and bedroom. The bedroom also offers a closet, dresser, and cable TV.

The kitchen is definitely amazing and features full size appliances, new cabinets, new sink, and granite counter tops. The homeowners spared no expense! We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. Unlike many units, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. Our guests will savor a queen size couch bed with a gel bed. This apartment was charmingly decorated, and the fresh paint and beachy decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee. The minimum age to book this property is 25. No smoking and no family pets are allowed.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
****MUST BE AT LEAST 25 TO BOOK****
We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!

****** Please note that affective from now 10/02 through further notice the modest indoor spa is closed for renovations, but the pools are open!*********

Tips to get the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:

How to get the best rental value:

  • The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To get the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
  • Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great information, travel guide magazines have coupons for nearby shops and restaurants.

Filter your search:

  • Choose a group leader, choose your trip dates, and select a maximum budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Modern & Updated Condo~Palace 1909 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is normally accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, email or call the property owner before booking your home. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to establish what bed configuration is optimal for your group.
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or may be applied to your agreement.
  • Does your group require unique amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

Know before you go:

  • Add the host's phone number to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Hosts are available to help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Make a record of any damages to the property during check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be valuable if a dispute arises.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Often times, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to inspire more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
