My place is a 2nd floor condo roughly one mile to Myrtle Beach. Broadway at the Beach is just blocks away with all sorts of family friendly activities as well as great nighttime life! Striking vistas of the golf course and close to a multitude of eateries with fine dining or casual cuisine. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). Parking space right in front of the condo. The pool and Bar-B-Que area is right across the parking lot! There is a $200.00 damage deposit for this property. It will be refunded 7 days after reservation if condo is left undamaged. This deposit will be forfeited if SMOKING occurs in the unit. The condo is SMOKE COMPLIMENTARY. There are guests out there that think this rule doesn't apply to them. Thanks for understanding. Lisa

Strategies to get the best Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
Money saving strategies:
- Summer is the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. Book your Myrtle Beach rental home in the Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
- Owners sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
- Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guides which will include special deals, either offered directly by local companies, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- Select a group lead, choose your trip dates, and select a budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Myrtlewood Condo 1 Mile To Beach - Feel At Home. has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is almost always accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email the property management company before you reserve the home. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds. You'll need to establish what is best for your family.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach destination you long to visit, look for rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental.
- Some properties allow pets, but others don't. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the property management company about your furry family members before booking.
Additional considerations:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Add a note with the instructions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
- Document any issues with the property during check in, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are very helpful if a dispute is filed.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, intercom or appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent lots of difficulties.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are an incredible source for finding the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are gone, just like you would back home.
- Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
