Spectacular vistas of the golf course and close to a multitude of eateries with fine dining or casual cuisine. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). Parking space right in front of the condo. The pool and BBQ area is right across the parking lot! There is a $200.00 damage deposit for this property. It will be refunded 7 days after reservation if condo is left undamaged. This deposit will be forfeited if SMOKING occurs in the unit. The condo is SMOKE COMPLIMENTARY. There are guests out there that think this rule doesn't apply to them. Thanks for understanding. Lisa

Strategies to get the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
When to book a Myrtle Beach rental home & When to go:
- Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Book your vacation in Fall or Spring to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Property management companies typically offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
- Often, management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which will include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
