Sensational vistas of the golf course and close to a multitude of eateries with fine dining or casual cuisine. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). Parking space right in front of the condo. The pool and BBQ area is right across the parking lot! There is a $200.00 damage deposit for this property. It will be refunded 7 days after reservation if condo is left undamaged. This deposit will be forfeited if SMOKING occurs in the unit. The condo is SMOKE COMPLIMENTARY. There are guests out there that think this rule doesn't apply to them. Thanks for understanding. Lisa

Tips to get the perfect vacation property experience:
Getting the most from your spending budget:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To book the most suitable rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
- Some owners offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers usually offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
- Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which include special deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Planning, selecting, and booking a perfectrental:
- Select a group lead, select your trip dates, and select a maximum budget.
- Determine how many beds and the configuration your family requires. Myrtlewood Condo 1 Mile To Beach - Feel At Home. has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always available on booking pages. If they are not listed, email or call the property owner before booking your home. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches. You'll need to determine what configuration is suitable for your vacation.
- Some rental properties allow pets, and others do not. Acceptable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the property management company about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
- Looking for special amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find your ideal rental home.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental
More considerations:
- Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home. Store the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, television set or kitchen appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent quite a few issues.
- Lock your rental while you're out and about. Protect your property!
- To ensure that damages are not linked to your family's visit, inspect for any problem areas during arrival. Get in touch with the property manager right away to document your findings. If there is a dispute, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers bothering your peaceful neighborhood. Use the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would have not otherwise known about!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
- Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on good ratings to drive new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
