Welcome to your own getaway! This oceanfront condo at the Carolinian Resort features your own private balcony, with an oceanfront master bedroom. The Carolinian Resort is known for being one of the top condo complexes in Myrtle Beach, with seasonally enclosed indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, and hot tub. Laundry and complimentary wifi are both included in your unit for your added comfort.

Myrtle Beach is the Mini-Golf capital of the world, with over 50 courses open during the peak summer season. Myrtle Beach also has over 1,700 eateries for you to discover, as well as shows for tons of family fun at Medieval Times, Pirate's Voyage, and more for the grown-ups!

This condo is freshly modernized with new floor, refreshed furnishings, paint, and TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. The master bathroom is additional roomy, including a separate vanity area.

**Summer 2023 update: The spa/hot tub has a leak in a pipe that is sleeved inside a concrete wall. The spa/hot tub is so close in proximity to the wall that the hot tub will need to be dug out to complete the repairs. It was decided to forego the repairs (due to a heavy noise and debris) until after Labor Day. Also in order to ensure a more delightful experience for guests, it has been decided to replace the entire spa/hot tub, and the new 10 seat spa/hot tub that will double the size of the existing body of water.

During this time, we encourage you to discover other amenities within the resort, such as the other swimming pools and the pretty surrounding areas. Please keep in mind the reciprocal agreement with Bluegreen Resort, located across the street from Carolinian, accepting guests to use their amenities as well. **

Other important things to note
- This unit is NOT rented through the resort's front desk. All inquiries, questions, and any communications are to be addressed to Stratus Properties.
- Daily maid service is NOT supplied in this rental. The basic linen package includes comforters, sheets, pillowcases for all beds. As part of the linen package, you get all bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. As with linens, a third-event company that is providing this service and not part of Stratus Properties. You will need to bring or purchase your own toiletries and such, as any toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, and the like are only starter sets supplied at arrival for your convenience.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is on the beach. Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach and Ripley's Aquarium. Chapin Memorial Park and Nightmare Haunted House are also worth visiting. Fishing and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

  • Some owners offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Lock your rental while you are out and about. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
