Welcome to your own getaway! This oceanfront condo at the Carolinian Resort features your own private balcony, with an oceanfront master bedroom. The Carolinian Resort is known for being one of the top condo complexes in Myrtle Beach, with seasonally enclosed indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, and hot tub. Laundry and complimentary wifi are both supplied in your unit for your added comfort.
Myrtle Beach is the Mini-Golf capital of the world, with over 50 courses open during the peak summer season. Myrtle Beach also has over 1,700 eateries for you to discover, as well as shows for tons of family fun at Medieval Times, Pirate's Voyage, and more for the grown-ups!
This condo is newly refreshed with new floor, updated furnishings, paint, and TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. The master bathroom is additional roomy, including a separate vanity area.
**Summer 2023 update: The spa/hot tub has a leak in a pipe that is sleeved inside a concrete wall. The spa/hot tub is so close in proximity to the wall that the hot tub will need to be dug out to complete the repairs. It was decided to forego the repairs (due to a heavy noise and debris) until after Labor Day. Also in order to ensure a more enchanting experience for guests, it has been decided to replace the entire spa/hot tub, and the new 10 seat spa/hot tub that will double the size of the existing body of water.
During this time, we encourage you to discover other amenities within the resort, such as the other swimming pools and the gorgeous surrounding areas. Please keep in mind the reciprocal agreement with Bluegreen Resort, located across the street from Carolinian, accepting guests to use their amenities as well. **

Getting the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:
Money saving strategies:
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- To find the best rental home for your budget, we suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines that include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Planning, picking, and booking your prefectvacation home:
- Begin by selecting vacation dates and a budget.
- Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your group requires. Carolinian 2\/2 DELUXE Oceanfront Master with Free Parking & Wifi in Myrtle Beach has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is normally available on booking websites. Otherwise, email the property management company before you book the rental. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to establish what bed configuration is suitable for your group.
- Some rental properties allow pets, and others don't. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the property manager about pets before booking.
- Looking for particular amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find your ideal rental.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. .
Additional considerations:
- Take a copy of the property manager's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental.
- Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Keep your rental home locked while you're out! Don't let burglars spoil your holiday.
- During check-in, document any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an incredible resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Did you have a terrific vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
