The Southwind is located in a peaceful residential setting along the 'Golden Mile'. It offers exceptional oceanfront amenities including indoor & outdoor pools, a huge lazy river, two outdoor and one indoor hot tub, a kiddie pool and an exercise facility. Appreciate the exercise trail and oceanfront kids's playground close by.

Our beautiful 1500 sq. ft. three bedroom condominium located on the 12th offers expansive ocean vistas with calming ocean breezes from the enormous private balcony. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom. A completely equipped kitchen with appliances and granite countertops.

This exceptional decorated condominium has a huge master suite with king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in shower and two sinks, granite countertops and sizable walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two queen size beds and flat screen TV. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The open living area has a sectional couch, flat screen TV and fantastic ocean vistas.

You will also receive a starter roll of toilet paper in ever bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. ***

House events and Groups: House events and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.
