The Southwind is located in a peaceful residential setting along the 'Golden Mile'. It offers exceptional oceanfront amenities including indoor & outdoor pools, a enormous lazy river, two outdoor and one indoor hot tub, a kiddie pool and an exercise facility. Appreciate the exercise trail and oceanfront kids's playground close by.

Our gorgeous 1500 sq. ft. three bedroom condominium located on the 12th offers expansive ocean vistas with calming ocean breezes from the huge private balcony. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom. A completely equipped kitchen with appliances and granite countertops.

This exceptional decorated condominium has a huge master suite with king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in shower and two sinks, granite countertops and sizable walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two queen size beds and flat screen TV. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The open living area has a sectional couch, flat screen TV and extraordinary ocean vistas.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is supplied.

House events and Groups: House events and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.
