Welcome to Destination Sunshine! South Hampton is located OCEANFRONT in the esteemed 145 acre Kingston Plantation Resort. Our second floor unit (207) is one back from oceanfront and features 3 private balconies ideal for watching sunrise or appreciating your favorite drink at the end of the day.
NEW TO THE RENTAL MARKET, this condo features a full size kitchen with granite countertops, washer/dryer in the unit, and many other appliances. Recently refreshed in January 2022 to replace all carpet in the condo with laminate floor and a complete master bathroom remodel in March 2023 to include a modern tile walk in shower with grab bars and a constructed in seat. It is ideal for everybody including those with physical challenges as it is equipped with elevators, automatic building entrances, pull bars in each tub/shower, one portable shower chair, and a handicap friendly beach access (no steps!). Guests will appreciate linen services complimentary with their booking that include sheets, towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels but BYOBT (bring your own beach towels) as condo towels are not to be removed from the condo. We apologize to all of our animal lovers who have furry friends, due to HOA restrictions, family pets are not allowed in the condo at any time.
After a day of sun, surf and sand you can retire to the master bedroom suite with its own private balcony and ocean vistas. Sleep comfortability in your king size bed as you listen to the rolling waves. Bedroom two has ocean vistas, private balcony and 2 queen beds.
While staying at Kingston (a gated community with 24/7 security), you can savor some of the resorts best amenities such as the South Hampton private outdoor pool. South Hampton has 3 elevators, automatic building entrances, suitcases carts and outside all one level parking. We have a direct beach access ramp with no stairs. There is a walkway connecting the South Hampton lobby to the Embassy Suites, if you're looking for a great location for a meeting. The Embassy has a restaurant/bar, coffee shop, light snacks and a couple of modest stores. There are a few other onsite eateries/bars, seasonal entertainment, walking paths, lagoons/lakes with different wildlife to enjoy and a half mile OCEANFRONT boardwalk that connects all amenities.
This condo features access to two oceanfront pools located on the east and west side of the building. Although access to the new Hilton splash park opening in July 2022 is reserved for those who book their vacation through the Hilton hotels, guests who reserve through Destination Sunshine will enjoy all of the other amenities Kingston has to offer and competitive nightly prices you won't find anywhere else in Kingston!
