The resort covers ten acres, and is centrally located on the border of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, a superb location. The resort is kept in pristine condition and is lushly landscaped. Sea Watch security is unsurpassed; you will have wristbands to use the amenities.
Sea Watch is a great family resort and attracts guests of all ages. Vacation rental tips:
Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
- Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of SC. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Some hosts offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
- Property management companies typically offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
- Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines which often include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or through a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Make a plan and pick your Myrtle Beach vacation home:
- Select vacation dates and max budget.
- Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Newly Renovated Oceanfront - Corner w\/ Wrap-Balcony! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always accessible on booking websites. If not, reach out to the host before booking the vacation property. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds.
- If your family is bringing pets, you'll need to find a pet-friendly property. Get information on breed, size, and type requirements. Usually, property owners charge additional pet fees.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach destination you crave, browse properties that are either nearby, or those that cater to your needs.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental.
Additional considerations:
- Be sure you get the host's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental property.
- Hosts are available to help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Lock your vacation home while you are out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
- To make sure damages are not linked to your stay, inspect the rental for any problem areas upon check in. Call the host right away to document any damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers bothering your quiet neighborhood. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would've not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did you have a excellent vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
