- Condo
I have two condos that offer a expansive ocean and courtyard view, and are located on the second and third floor of a 3-story building. The living room has a queen size sleeper couch, and the kitchen has new quartz countertops with bespoke constructed cabinets. The condos have had recent interior updates with new wood floors. We have WIFI and TV’s supplied in the living room and master bedroom, etc.
As you enter the condo, you step into the newly decorated kitchen that provides an open area that overlooks the living room with a bar which serves as a divider. The kitchen is entirely equipped with cooking silverware and pots and pans. Also a kitchen table is positioned to seat 4 people and the bar has seating for 3.
The sleeping arrangements in the condo include two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a private shower bath and a queen size bed with a private door opening onto the balcony. The balcony is furnished with barstool height chairs and a drink table. The balcony setting provides a charming view over looking the cavernous courtyard that has palm trees and the pool and deck area with the ocean to the left. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. A huge bath with a shower and tub is located between the two bedrooms.
The condos are located in the Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach and have been protected with enforced zoning that makes this a very beautiful safe area. We offer private parking within the condo complex. The condo location is near the Tanger Outlet Shopping Mall and Restaurant Row. Apache Pier which is a newer pier, is located a block north of the condos in walking distance. Ocean Annie’s is located 2 blocks south of the condo complex. This attraction is a live band that plays beach music on a deck area overlooking the ocean - afternoons and evenings. I provide 2 beach chairs for my guests. Also Myrtle Beach has many gorgeous golf courses and miniature golf for those who appreciate this option.
I am very particular about the cleanliness of my condos. I have a lady who privately cleans for me (I don’t use a commercial cleaning service), and I have had very satisfied renters who have expressed their appreciation concerning the cleanliness of my condos.

Strategies for getting the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:
Cost saving strategies:
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. To find the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
- Property management companies typically offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Many management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which will include coupons, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Use filters to narrow your rental search:
- Start by choosing potential vacation weeks and a max budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Ocean Front Condo in Very Desirable Location has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is regularly accessible online. If you don't see them listed, call the host before reserving the rental. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms.
- Some rental properties allow pets, but some don't. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask your host about pet restrictions before booking.
- Are you visiting for a specific event? Try a map search to find nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. .
Know before you go:
- Get the host's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental.
- Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Lock your rental home while you are away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
- To ensure that damages are not attributed to your family's visit, note any problem areas upon your arrival. text the host right away to record your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to inspire future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
