Freshly modernized kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and crockpot, coffee makers (regular and Keurig) , pots and pans, silverware, and dishes.

Living room has enormous intelligent tv, spectrum cable, with two couches with ottoman for your comfort.

Bathroom 1 consists of tub, shower, and washer and dryer.
Bathroom 2 has tub/shower and freshly remodeled.

"A $500 security deposit is required but will not be charged supplied home is found damage complimentary.

Parking space for 2 cars only - Ocean lakes does charge $12 a day per CAR for guests upon entrance. at check-in. *$10 a day for Express check-in is available and recommended.

NOT PROVIDED: We do not provide bed linens, towels, wash cloths, hand towels and paper products, soaps, washing detergents, and coat hangers.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance.
