Welcome to Rosie's Place, so excited because this home just got facelift! All new porches and decking! This is a 2 level stilted home located 1 block from the beach on Seahorse Drive. This home is 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests, 1 bedroom is on the 1st level. There is a common living, dining and kitchen area along with a cavernous decks on both levels and an entertaining space underneath the home. This home is less than a 1 min. walk to a playground and the sand and an approximate 3 min. walk to the Recreation Center and waterpark... a marvelous location! This home is for the non-smoker and this home is not pet friendly. Guests must be 25 to book and remain present during the entire stay. A complimentary golf cart is also available to be driven by guests 21 years of age and older only!
