The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 7th floor, completely refreshed, ocean view king suite located at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This studio apartment is entirely furnished with 1 king bed and 1 queen sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers over-sized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped!
The bathroom is full-size and features a granite slab counter top, toilet, and tub/shower. The bathroom sits just off to the left when you enter the condo.
Our guests will savor having their own private balcony where they can relax and appreciate North facing vistas of the ocean. The view of the sunrise is definitely beautiful, and many guests have been able to spot dolphins in the ocean! Guests can also catch a glimpse of the action of the outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy river!
As of Fall 2020, the condo was completely remodeled in an effort to make the guests experience much more delightful. Brand new laminate vinyl floor was installed throughout the entire condo, with the exception of the existing tile floors in the bathroom and wet bar areas. In addition, a new king bed, bed, and box spring were installed. We have also installed a couch that converts to a bed. Last but not least, we have repainted the entire apartment and bathroom, and we have installed new, nautical, beachy decor throughout! We have also installed a brand new mini refrigerator and resurfaced the kitchen cabinets. Other updates include a new coffee maker and coffee bar, new accent chairs, new TV, and so much more. With so many units having the same outdated look, we wanted to separate our rental from all the others, and we are confident that you will enjoy your stay in this apartment.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, beach access, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
****AS OF: April 20th, 2023, Spas 1-4 will be Closed Until Further Notice*****

Booking the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
When to book & When to go:
- The earlier you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
- To book the best vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
- Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
- Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
- Often, management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which include special deals, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Filter your rental search:
- Select a group lead, select your vacation week, and select a maximum budget.
- Determine how many beds and the configuration your family needs. Ocean View Suite~Landmark 717~Great Views! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach vacation rental search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is almost always available online. If they are not listed, email the property owner before booking the home. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to establish what is right for your vacation group.
- Some properties allow pets, and others don't. Allowable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the property management company about pet restrictions before booking.
- Are you looking for specific amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental.
Additional considerations:
- Be sure you get the property manager's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental. Put the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, stereo or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent quite a few issues.
- Lock your rental property while you're out! Don't let crooks ruin your holiday.
- During check-in, make note of any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Record all coorespondence.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers disrupting your life at home. Apply the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
- Did your family have a great stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
