Guests enjoy direct and contactless arrival any time after 4:00 on the check-in day and go directly to our home. Guests will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival. No formal check-in process, long lines, or forms to fill out!

Top rated location and complimentary parking on site. Taxis and Uber are also fast and economical with attractions, eateries, shopping, and more less than 5 mins. away. Shuttle runs around property, including a stop at the beach, from 10am-10pm daily from April to October.

House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. No pets allowed. This includes emotional support/therapy dogs.
Note: Unit is currently for sale. If there is a showing during your stay, you will be notified and a licensed Realtor will be there and lock up when they leave. Showings only take about 5-10 mins., and you are welcome to be in the home or out of the home - just go about your vacation as usual!
