Oceanfront!! Located in the family friendly community of Ocean Lakes (lot 1102), this unique beach home is being offered for rental on a limited basis. Unique because this home was constructed 'upside down' - kitchen, dining room, living room, master suite are all on the top floor. Another master suite is located on the first level along with 2 other bedrooms, laundry, and a kids room with bunkbed.

You will be amazed at the view from this home! There are decks on 2 levels and the first floor deck wraps around 3 sides of the home. Because this home was originally constructed for the owners' own use, there are extras too many to mention.

In order to maintain the quality and appearance of this beautiful home, please note that occupancy is limited to a MAXIMUM of 10 people . No exceptions will be made. Also, please note if you have modest kids or toddlers that there is a huge open stairway leading to the top floor living area. Kids need to be watched carefully!

Linens are not included in this rental, but I can arrange linen service for you if you would like.

PLEASE NOTE: Reservations for peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) are only accepted for full week ( Saturday - Saturday).

Tips and Tricks to get the optimal Myrtle Beach rental home experience:

When to visit & When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home:

  • Summer is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserve your Myrtle Beach rental property in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites frequently offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
  • Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guide magazines contain money saving offers on local tours, shops, and attractions.

How to choose and book yourvacation home:

  • Select vacation dates and max budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the configuration your group needs. Oceanfront!!! Make wonderful Memories With Your Family!\nReduced Rate For July 27 has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is regularly accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email or call the host before booking the rental. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds.
  • Are you visiting for a specific attraction or event? If so, use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
  • Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. .
  • Some properties allow pets, but some don't. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the host about allowable breeds and types before booking.

Some things to know before you go:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your phone.
  • To make certain that no damages are linked to your visit, make note of any problem areas upon your arrival. E-mail the property manager immediately to record any damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are often an excellent source for finding the best local spots.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • At departure, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on great ratings to stimulate future reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation rental. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
