This property (Ocean Blue) maintains a very private & exclusive feel with only 36 units, 12 floors, 3 units per floor. For this reason, the beach has a really private feel to it. This unit is ideal for family get-togethers, golf outings, summer vacations, holiday celebrations & weddings. Ocean Blue is outfitted with covered garage parking, 24 hr security & security swipe entry for all common doors.
