Summary:
Freshly refreshed 2BR/1BA condo in few mins. walk to the beach. It is located in the heart of Myrtle beach near Uptown downtown Market commons with fresh eateries and stores. Less then 5 min drive to the airport and 10min drive to Broadway at the beach and main attractions. Walmart is 5 streets away. Entirely supplied kitchen, sleeps up to 6 guests.
*PET OWNERS: family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.

The Space:
2nd floor (must climb stairs) 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Very cavernous condo. 2 King beds, 1 pullout couch in the living room.
Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics.
Dining area open to living room.
Sheets and linens supplied.
Free WiFi and intelligent TV's available.
*Animals are allowed with a $75 pet fee per pet. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.

Get the best value:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in Myrtle Beach. To get the largest vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Myrtle Beach restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance.   • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
