Our home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. We are a 2 min. walk to the beach and a 3 min. drive from the airport. We offer our guests an outdoor community pool, game room, private golf cart, refreshed kitchen, and a roomy living area.

Savor your day on the beach, at the pool, or playing ping pong with the family. This home has something for all age groups.

Please Review the Following Information Prior to Your Stay and Contact Us if You Have Any Questions.

Parking:
Failure to conform to the following parking rules may result in the host asking you to leave without a refund and your cars may be towed. No one wants that! Please comply with the following rules:
1. There is only ONE (1) reserved parking spot for your stay. It is numbered and is located to the right of the property when you are looking at the property.
2. You may use the other two unreserved/unmarked parking spots in the neighborhood on a first come, first serve basis. You may not save or reserve these two spaces.
3. Parking is only allowed in the above listed spaces. Parking in common areas such as the driveway, in front of units, on the grass, etc., is not allowed.
4. No parking or placement of motorbikes, recreation cars, commercial cars, boats, trailers, unlicensed or inoperable cars or objects is allowed in the common areas, parking areas, or driveways.
5. All cars are subject to towing at the car owner's expense.
6. Golf carts may not be parked in common areas and/or parking spots. Golf carts must be stored/parked in unit's garages.


Other Rules:
1. The Minimum Age to Book is 25 Years Old.
2. Our Hours of Operation Are 10AM-8PM EST. Any Messages Received Outside of These Hours Will Be Responded To As Soon As We Are Back On.
3. In Case of an Emergency, Please Refer to the Emergency Contact Tab in Your Guidebook.
4. After 48 hours, we no longer allow any alterations to your reservation.
5. If You Bring More Guests Than Are Reflected on Your Reservation, You May Be Asked to Leave Without a Refund.
6. No Enormous Gatherings or Events Over Occupancy Are Accepted Unless Discussed and Approved Prior to Booking with Your Host. You May Be Subject to Additional Event Fees and Security Deposits.
7. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED You Purchase Travel Insurance and Review Our Cancellation Policy Prior to Booking Your Stay.
8. No Refund Will Be Issued For Circumstances Outside of Our Control, Including But Not Limited To, Inclemate Weather, Health-Related Circumstances, Unforeseen Circumstances, or Extenuating Circumstances.
9. After 48 Hours From Booking Your Reservation, We Do Not Accept Alterations to Your Reservation.
10. No Smoking Is Accepted. Violation of This Rule May Result in a $2,000.00 Smoke Damage Fee.
11. Kindly be aware that community pools are under the management of the HOA, and any closures or maintenance activities throughout the year are beyond our control. However, we are committed to keeping you well-informed and will make every effort to promptly notify you as soon as we receive any updates.
12. Be Mindful of Noise Levels. Excessive Noise That Disturbs Our Neighbors May Result in a Request to Vacate.
13. Do Not Exceed 6 Bags of Trash During Your Stay.
14. There is a $250 Pet Fee For Up to Two Animals (Dogs and Cats).
15. If Pet Droppings Are Left Outside, an Additional Fee Will Be Charged to Your Reservation.
16. We do NOT allow confetti, glitter, clear tape on the walls, or thumbtacks/nails for hanging items

Golf Cart:
1. We have a golf cart available for rental for a fee of $225, along with a returnable security deposit of $200.
2. Once our team verifies that the golf cart has been returned in its original condition, we will promptly refund your $200 security deposit. To ensure transparency, we take photos of the golf cart before each guest's use, and we highly recommend that you do the same

**SECURITY**
We have a camera located in front of home that is on 24/7 for your protection.

**GUEST ACCESS**
Guests will have full access and use of the home 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s a electronic front door key pad, so there’s no keys to keep up with!
