About this Property
- Sleeps 13

- 4 Bathrooms
- Private vacation home
- Approximately 1600 square feet
Ours is a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home that sleeps 14 people comfortably. What sets this home apart from other homes in the area is the location on handsome Magnolia Lake and the close proximity to the ocean. It was constructed to maximize the view of the ocean, but it's also on a peaceful cul de sac that is away from the noise of the park. PEACEFUL is the word that describes this home. Fishermen adore that they can fish right from our home. There are 2 enormous decks where you can gather as a group or get away for sunbathing. It is well furnished and all linens are available. There are few other homes in the Ocean Lakes complex that are as clean and well constructed as this one. People who stay here always tell us that this is their favorite home at Ocean Lakes.
Please note that Ocean Lakes charges a parking fee per car. Contact Ocean Lakes Family Campground for more information.

Tips and Tricks to get the optimal Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
Cost saving strategies:
- To find the best value, consider shifting your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
- Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
- Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local stories, visitors guides have discounts for nearby accommodations, restaurants and tours.
Filter your rental search:
- Begin by choosing your a vacation week and a spending budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family needs. Quiet Lake House with Spectacular Ocean View has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is usually accessible on booking websites. If not, reach out to the property manager before reserving your home. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to work out what bed configuration is best for your vacation family.
- Are you looking for unique amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters.
- Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
- If your family is bringing pets, you must reserve a rental that allows animals. Request details on breed, weight, and type requirements. Some property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.
Tips for your stay:
- Take a copy of the host's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your . We recommend storing the manager's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Record any issues with the property during check in, and immediately send them to the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are useful if damages are assessed.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Be respectful. Often, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- Lock your rental while you are away. Keep your property safe!
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your group have a excellent time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
