Find ease, comfort, and generous sunlight at this elegantly modernized condo, conveniently located on the first floor of Myrtle Beach Resort. This is a place for memorable days spent in the sun, walking a few steps to the beach and making the most of fantastic on-site amenities.
Myrtle Beach Resort is a gated, oceanfront community located on the south side of Myrtle Beach. Across its 33 acres, you'll have access to facilities that include four outdoor pools (one on the beachfront); two indoor pools; a 375-foot lazy river and wet deck; three health spas with steam rooms, saunas, and hot tubs; four lighted tennis courts; and a basketball court. When you're not out appreciating the countless attractions, amusements, and golf courses of the Grandiose Strand, you'll also find multiple dining options and a summer kids' activities program on the resort grounds.
The condo's end location on the first floor gives you painless entry from the parking lot, so you can get started making yourself at home. All throughout, the space has been delightfully remodeled, from the luxury ceramic tile to the professional decor. It's a joy to prepare in the open, breezy kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, soft-close cabinetry, and granite quartz countertops.
Spend your evenings sipping beverages on the patio, streaming movies on the living room TV, and taking in the golden hour view of the adjacent pond. When it's time to turn in, choose between a primary suite and a guest suite - each paired with its own TV, ceiling fan, and bathroom. The two bathrooms have been updated as well, with new granite, vanities, and toilets.

Rental property booking tips and tricks:
Cost saving strategies:
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. To get the best value, try shifting your family's Myrtle Beach vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
- Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
- Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
- Find a copy of your local visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guide magazines contain offers and deals for local accommodations and attractions.
Finding the best rental home:
- Begin by selecting your potential vacation weeks and a max budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration your group needs. Renovated, 1st-floor condo at oceanfront resort with pools, hot tubs, lazy river has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is often accessible on booking pages. If not, email the property manager before you book the property. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds. You'll need to work out what bed configuration is suitable for your group.
- Some rentals allow pets, and some do not. Acceptable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the property manager about pets before booking.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach attraction you crave, browse rentals that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. .
Advice for your stay:
- Put the owner's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent many difficulties.
- Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let crooks ruin your holiday.
- Upon check-in, record any issues with the property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often, nearby homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good feedback to propel future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your feedback find their best rental home. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
