The condo's end location on the first floor gives you painless entry from the parking lot, so you can get started making yourself at home. All throughout, the space has been elegantly updated, from the luxury ceramic tile to the professional decor. It's a joy to prepare in the open, breezy kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, soft-close cabinetry, and granite quartz countertops.
Spend your evenings sipping drinks on the patio, streaming movies on the living room TV, and taking in the golden hour view of the adjacent pond. When it's time to turn in, choose between a primary suite and a guest suite - each paired with its own TV, ceiling fan, and bathroom. The two bathrooms have been updated as well, with new granite, vanities, and toilets.

Tricks and tips for getting the perfect vacation rental experience:
When to book & When to go:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. Book your rental property in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
- Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Property management companies often offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
- Many property management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which often include special deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Narrow your rental Search:
- Begin by choosing your a vacation week and a budget.
- Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Renovated, 1st-floor condo at oceanfront resort with pools, hot tubs, lazy river has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
- Precise details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly accessible online. If they are not listed, email or call the property owner before you book the home. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to establish what is suitable for your vacation.
- Is your group looking for specific amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the best rental.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking.
- Some rental properties allow pets, but some don't. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask your host about your furry family members before booking.
Have a wonderful stay:
- Add the owner's contact info to your smartphone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- To make sure no damages are linked to your family's stay, note any problem areas upon your arrival. Contact the property manager immediately to report any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers bothering your peaceful home life. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would've not otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would back home.
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
- Did you have a wonderful stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
